We had a great stay at this beautiful bed and breakfast. The house itself is a stunning period property, thoughtfully refurbished with all the modern comforts you could need. It’s set in a lovely, peaceful location with spacious gardens, and it’s hard to believe it’s so close to Gatwick Airport and the M25. Despite its proximity, we didn’t hear a single plane – it’s completely off the flight path, so we had a wonderfully quiet night’s sleep.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with great tips on local attractions. There’s so much to see and do nearby, like visiting Tulleys Farm, Wakehurst Place, and Leonardless Gardens, all within a short drive. Gravetye Manor and Leonardslee have fabulous restaurants if you stay here and want lunch or dinner and there are numerous cheaper pubs and restaurants if your budget doesn't stretch to that.

The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were luxurious, making our stay feel very special. We were really impressed by the comfort and attention to detail, and found it to be excellent value for money. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or a convenient stopover near Gatwick. Good for couples, single travellers or families.

Had an amazing long weekend here with friends for one of thier milestone birthdays. Venue was superb being very close to Gatwick for those flying in from Europe. No disruption at all from aircraft as this is not on the flight path. The hosts were particularly helpful in helping us sort additional bits and pieces locally. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A great night stay, despite the torrential rain, in a beautiful property as described by other reviews. Comprehensive instructions on directions, gate code and room code. Underfloor heating so remember your slippers as no shoes in the house. Adequate breakfast for us, self service. Would love to go again in the summer.
