Simply fantastic!
Gilly is such a lovely person.
She is totally helpful and gives tips wherever she can.
Her homemade breakfast was delicious and prepared with a lot of love.
The rooms are very clean and lovingly furnished.
We would check in with Gilly again in a heartbeat on our next trip to London!

Very convenient location, just a few minutes from the bus and metro stops. You can reach central London easily.
Gilly, the owner, is very kind and super available to help and give advice. It makes you feel like home.

Perfect room for two, private bathroom and in general the house is truly beautiful, in perfect English style . Absolutely recommended instead of hotel stays, being able to stay at home is an experience that must absolutely be experienced

My wife and I stayed at Hurlingham B&B for a weekend. Gilly is fantastic and her house is really welcoming. The building is near to the underground and the railway station so that we could easily move around London’s main areas. The best part of the stay was the huge, delicious, typical breakfast that Gilly prepared us every morning: it was great!! I strongly recommend it and I’ll definitely come back!

Perfect Example of a Great B&B:
Staying with Gilly at the Hurlingham Bed and Breakfast was one of the highlights of my time in London. I reached out to Gilly ahead of my stay to make sure I would be okay to check-in early as I needed to head right to work; she was very responsive and assured me that it would be fine. Sure enough, she not only let me drop off my things when I got in but provided me with breakfast, which was so appreciated. Her breakfasts every morning were always fresh, delicious, and VERY filling. I was never left hungry. My room was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, water hot, and internet fast. The decor was beautiful and I was always made to feel looked after and right at home. Gilly had wonderful recommendations for places and restaurants to visit. My favorite dinner the entire time I was in London was a local Italian place she directed me to. I would be remiss to not mention the location as it was a five minute (max) walk to the Putney Bridge tube station and an easy ride on the District line into central London. The area is very nice and even walking home from the station late at night as a female alone, I never was worried about my safety. Hurlingham Bed and Breakfast checked every box for me and I would not hesitate to stay there again next time I am in London.

I booked 2 rooms for my elderly parents and their friend to come and visit me in London from France. Gilly's BnB is perfectly located, near buses and a tube station ( not to mention a 5mn drive from my house ). My priority was to find a very typically British home , quiet, comfortable . The rooms are very clean and extremely tasteful, there is a great attention to detail ( lovely toiletries, lots of towels, bed prepared every night, shades drawn etc ). The breakfast is amazing, plentiful and very varied and Gilly is a very pleasant host, attentive to her guests, making conversation and advising on places to visit. Even for french people well accustomed to London, Gilly's home is a beautiful typical place to stay and they had a wonderful time. I would say that guests with mobility problems have to be aware of narrow stairs but this is to be expected in a victorian house and the photos and descriptions on the website are self explanatory as to the layout of the house. The top bedroom has a full bath with shower head ( no standing shower ) but Gilly kindly explained on the phone that the single bedroom had a shower cubicle which could be shared as all 3 guests were family or friends, so all was as expected and not an issue. Perfect for people looking for a quiet refined experience. Thank you again.

I had a wonderful stay with Gilly at her sweet B&B. It's located in a lovely area of Fulham and very handy for the tube into the city. It's homely with elegant decor... and, importantly, clean. I was working a late shift pattern and Gilly went out of her way to be accommodating - and was kind enough to do me a favour after I'd left the city. She was a superb host who couldn't have done enough for me. Would highly recommend a visit.

Hurlingham Bed & Breakfast made my trip to London very enjoyable.
I personally really like its neoclassical decor.
The hostess is very warm and professional.
The room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable.
The orientation of the room is also quiet.
The breakfast was fantastic.
The hostess prepares a hearty breakfast according to each guest's preferences.
At the same time, the hostess recommended different travel itineraries for us in London, which was very helpful.
I especially want to thank the hostess for helping me before I left.
I don't know why, but I couldn't get a Uber or taxi at the time.
With the help of the hostess, I was able to get one and catch the train in time.
I'm happy to stay here again when I'm in London next time.

I stayed with Gilly for a couple of nights while visiting my daughter in Fulham.

Gilly was very welcoming and helpful with directions to her house, restaurants in the local vicinity and suggestions of places to visit.

I was in the single room which was very comfortable and had a lovely en-suite. When I got back in the evening my bed had been turned down ready for me and a jug of filtered water was on my bedside table - all lovely touches. Gilly cooked me a fantastic breakfast both mornings (even though I had to leave fairly early on the Sunday morning)

Would I recommend staying here? Yes 100% - thank you Gilly for making my visit so enjoyable.
