Had a fantastic night stay at Hurstwood Hall.
David and Mark were so accommodating and welcoming you really couldn’t have done enough for us! You made the stay! Our room was a good size with everything we could need available. Beautiful property both inside and out in such a quiet location a stone throw away from Hurstwood reservoir. Breakfast was delicious!

Stayed at Hurstwood Hall for one night on the occasion of our friends wedding.
David and Mark are the ideal hosts ensuring all our needs were met, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Our room was very comfortable, with everything we would require and the breakfast was excellent served in their large room overlooking the garden.
Hurstwood Hall is a lovely building in a small village so very quiet and picturesque.

Hurstwood Hall made a memorable start to our holiday as a family. Blessed with excellent weather we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. David and Mark went out of their way to make us feel welcome from booking through to leaving. You couldn’t ask for nicer, more welcoming hosts, they genuinely want guests to enjoy their time at the hall and have a good stay. Great breakfast which was enjoyed each morning.||Set in the small hamlet of Hurstwood, the location is excellent for travels through Lancashire and into Yorkshire with three beautiful, tasteful bedrooms in a historic 16th century building. ||We’ll need to stay in the area regularly over the next few years and I won’t even search anywhere else out now, I’ll stay here every time. |Many thanks

There is a reason this guest house is top rated. By far the most sumptuous facilities we have stayed in and now I wish we had stayed for longer. Fantastically spacious rooms with the finest of things for the guests. Breakfast was awesome with white glove service and real napkins in rings.. Nothing was too much of a problem. Great place and we are coming again. Thank you.

A fantastic place. The quality of the rooms and breakfast is top drawer, the warmth of the welcome is even better. And there is a beautiful morning walk around the reservoir on your doorstep.

Staying at this guest house was a truly unforgettable experience, thanks to our wonderful hosts, David and Mark, who were two of the nicest, friendliest people we have ever met. They exuded warmth, charm and were both so funny, interesting and helpful and we felt that nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a fantastic 60th birthday weekend planned with friends and activities and they made our time with them, in their home, the icing on the cake! They went above and beyond to make my husband's 60th special - touches such as playing Happy Birthday on the piano at breakfast, serving the Bucks Fizz we bought, allowing us to display cards and presents on the beautiful dresser for the weekend. The rooms were not only spotlessly clean but also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a pleasurable, restful stay. We felt like the Lord and Lady of the Manor in our huge room with a lovely big fireplace, filled with beautiful furniture and artistic touches and views of their lovely garden and river. The surrounding area offered stunning scenery and country walks, making our time there even more enjoyable. We do a lot of travelling round the U.K. and will definitely stay there again - even if we have to make a detour to get there. Thank you both so much for making our holiday so special.

Just WONDERFUL. David and Mark were so welcoming and extremely accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options (really good for veggies too), and the room was spotless. Super comfy bed too. Would 100% stay again - thanks so much 🙂

Birthday celebration with friends , excellent meal with champagne and fine wines, David and mark could not do enough to make the afternoon and evening a huge success, overnight stay in this fabulous luxury b and b with a very welcome full English breakfast,highly recommended
