One night stay with breakfast. I travelled alone which was unusual for me. I felt welcome, everything worked and was comfortable.
The location was great for the conference I went to and social meeting in the evening. 20 minutes pleasant walk from the train station.
My room was a bit noisy at night and breakfast area crowded at the prime time, but overall a very good stay.

Stayed here for the Bristol half marathon and it was in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful especially when we'd requested late checkout and the keycard locked us out but reception were quick to fix it. Good discount for the car park close by. Room was fairly standard but the bathroom was quite small, but did the job. Breakfast was OK and got a table even when it was busy. Mainly picked this hotel for the location for the half marathon.

Very friendly staff and a warm reception on arrival. Clean and tidy room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bar stayed open til 2am on a Monday night which was handy for when we returned from a gig at 11pm. Super comfy bed, blackout curtains and sound proofing made for a lovely relaxing sleep after a busy day. Very good breakfast the following morning with a wide variety and choice of tasty food. Also got a discount on the car park! What’s not to like! Couldn’t get over just how friendly all the staff were; it made for such a nice experience. This hotel met our needs perfectly. Thank you

It was my first time in Bristol since I had left as a child and yet, coming back felt a bit like home. The Ibis was perfect to explore the docks; the staff were friendly; the room was perfect for a what I needed and it was close to the bus stops. ||I had a pizza at the restaurant on the second day I was there and it was delicious. No faults at all.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was ideal—close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the room was clean and well-equipped. Breakfast had a good variety, and overall, everything went smoothly. We would happily stay again.

Stayed for a long weekend during University of Bristol open day. ||Room just as pictures, spotlessly clean |comfy beds with extra pillows in wardrobe, the staff were all amazing.||Door keys needed to access lifts to room area for extra security||Only negatives were a computer error meant we couldn't have keys to the room, not a huge problem and the Staff used their key to let us in to our room to unpack while they waited for the Computer to fix itself. Around 10 mins later a lock at the door, an apologetic staff gave us our keys and a voucher for free drinks at the bar and being on the side of the building with lively bars and restaurant opposite meant we couldn't have our windows open at night, but the air conditioning unit worked pretty good. ||Location couldn't be faulted, lots to do all within a short walk.

Stayed for one night, hotel was lovely, beds could have been a bit more comfortable and bathroom door was loud! Apart from that its in a great location and breakfast was fab!! Would definitely stay again

A fantastic budget hotel in Millennium Square in Bristol, ideal location to stay for the Great Bristol Run. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Towels are provided. The rooms are very warm, but the aircon cooled it down. Surprisingly the rooms were quiet and a good nights sleep was had by everyone! Pet friendly! Would have no hesitation in returning
