Really nice stay .
Clean secure inviroment as traveling just myself and my little dog it was so good to have a hotel which I could have her with me and she loved the outdoor space.
Lovely staff so friendly and reassuring always asking if I was OK and offering help and hot drinks day and night.
It was so nice to pop next door to the services for some food and enjoy it in the quiet of my room. The shower was amazing . THANKS TO EVERYONE.

A great value stop over. Only problem was the slippery floor that I understood was due to a faulty cleaning product. Lovely and quiet and as seasoned ibis users we know to bring bits and pieces to make our stay easier- tea, coffee, hand towels. Easy to find catering facilities next door in the services. Very clean.

This hotel is like an assembly of pods. All you could want in a room, comfortable bed, shower, tv, toilet and wash basin and towels. Our room was very clean. Our room was on the ground floor over looking the main car park but there was no sound from it into the room. It was a short walk to the main services with a choice of places to eat (you could eat at Wetherspoons next door if you wanted). The hotel also has its own free parking area. It is a short drive to Heathrow Airport, depending on the traffic on the M25. A great little find.

Nice cheap hotel. Gave the rooms 4 stars because they are basic as a expected and were clean, but very little room to move around and (twin) beds a little small and firm. But otherwise really good price and location. Friendly helpful staff, plenty of amenities next door at the services.
A little bit of a smell in the corridors, and carpark noise through the night but that's to be expected and didn't bother us staying just 1 night.

No drinks making facilities in room. Corridors look dirty and carpets looked old and stained. Toilet just about big enough to sit down in and the shower, in a room designed for 3 people was in the bedroom! Zero privacy at all. Just a semi frosted door right next to the bed. Absolutely not ok!

We have stayed here four times now and it is very well located for flights from Heathrow. Terminal 5 can be accessed in under thirty minutes (traffic allowing) and the facilities at Beaconsfield services are excellent, including the weather spoons! Free car parking for hotel guests make it stress free too.

Booked a room as I thought it was good value however the the room was not clean at all. Hair on the bed, some of which didn't appear like it came from some ones head. Also chewing gum was on top of the light on the top bunk. Given the position of the light it meant that when my child tried to go to sleep, it got stuck in their hair. It was still relatively soft so clearly the room hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest. The tap was also dripping all night. When I spoke to reception about the above all I was told is that they would speak with the cleaning service. If It wasn't for the late hour I would have booked a different hotel since Ibis didn't move us to a clean room.

Yes it’s cheap and cheerful with no frills and apart, from the slippery floor caused by a cleaning product, it was a very useful and comfortable stop over. The room was very clean. Choose a room away from Wetherspoons ‘just in case’ of pub noise. Kettles can be borrowed but take a hand towel as none provided. BTW it is possible to walk safely into Beaconsfield.
