I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We were met with a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy, and they made no effort to accommodate us or address our concerns. Their behaviour was appalling and entirely unacceptable. A hotel should prioritise its guests’ comfort and satisfaction, but this establishment clearly has no regard for its customers. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value respectful and attentive service.

The room and bathroom were both absolutely spotless. I am fussy about cleanliness due to being at high risk for COVID (I am still eligible for free vaccinations) and the room had visibly been cleaned throughout including surfaces. Also the check in desk staff were extremely friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel, the rooms are clean, tidy, pleasant staff, pleasant service, very tasty food in the evenings. breakfast could be of better quality. but all in all, I will stay like this again and recommend it

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean. Only one towel but reception had some, so not too much of a problem. Rooms could do with a better mirror in the bathroom. Overall a good stay

Can’t complain as that’s a budget friendly hotel but there’s few things can be added, such as 2 bottles of water and a cattle and a slipper for the toilet…!! But it was okay. But the manager was very friendly. He helped me get the room I was looking for. Overall, fine.

Budget hotel ideal for overnight stay while traveling the country.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and my wife and I both enjoyed the ribs for dinner.
Room was small and clean with a comfortable mattress that provided a restful night's sleep.

I would never enter Leicester for obvious reasons, but I had no choice but to stay in a hotel whilst travelling somewhere else in the country (somewhere not much better than Leicester, but alas) and unfortunately the hotel I was forced to stay in was this budget Ibis hotel.
The room was great for the night, definitely wouldn't stay any longer. The staff had poor English skills (but what do you expect for this part of the country?) and they were quite frankly a bit too rude.
The cleanliness of the room I couldn't fault, despite the vague smell of sewage mingled with mild paint fumes. I do have to mention that the toilet tissue was like sandpaper and now my gee is a little sore! It was worse than Lidl tissue. Like, where did they get it from?
Anyway, I wouldn't recommend staying there unless it is an emergency stop off, for the night and no longer.
