The location is great, the parking is very convenient and the staff were very polite and professional.

The only issues were that the bed was quite hard and there is NO soundproofing for the hallway. I could clearly hear anyone in the corridor, as if the door were open.

We stayed in here November and the location was ideal. We were going to Birmingham good food and the hotel is 10 minutes from the railway station and on a direct line to NEC. The room was clean and plenty big enough for the night. The staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This was OK and definitely so for the money. Customer service was faultless as it had been when I stayed at the one in Greenwich. Staff are very good. Let down by a persistent smell in the bathroom, no face towel to go with the bath towels, and some small but noticeable staining in the bathroom. Location is good in terms of distance from railway and town centre, but you do have to negotiate the pedestrian subways from Hell to get to it from either.

Stayed 3 nights while visiting family in Coventry. Easy check-in, friendly staff. Clean, quiet room over looking car park. Bedding and towels spotless. Tea and coffee in room. |No noise at night from other guests.|Breakfast was ok, bacon and sausage very tasty, good coffee. Maybe a selection of breads would be nice with the continental breakfast.|Perfect location for short walk into the city or to the train station |Will definitely stay again

Cheap and good location. Basic and kinda worn looking rooms but that’s what you’re paying for. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Has luggage storage which is great when you have a later train and want to explore the city in the meantime

Upon booking I didn’t have too high expectations for this ibis due to it being £30 each but my thoughts were ‘we’re going to be put all night so it won’t matter’🤣. Upon arrival we were greeted by lovely helpful staff at the desk, check in was so smooth and easy. There was a fee of £6 per night to leave the car in the car park but understandable. The rooms themselves were quite standard but very clean and tidy, the bathroom was spotless and beds so comfy😴🩷. After we’d been out we got back to the hotel at about 1AM and there were staff at the desk to let us in and give me some ice. Felt very looked after at this hotel, if you need a cheap and cheerful hotel I 100% recommend!

Stayed here overnight on Friday in early October. I booked this hotel as it's only an eight minute walk from Coventry railway station. In the other direction it's a similar short walk into the city centre.||Booking an Ibis hotel you just know you are going to get a clean, functional and efficient hotel with adequate facilties. And that's what this hotel is all about!||The room was quite cosy and modern, with a very comfortable double bed. The en-suite shower room was very nice. I had a first floor room with a view over the hotel car park. The only negative point was that there was no electrical socket near where the desk and the kettle was located. An adapter plug was on a socket nearby, but didn't feel comfortable plugging the kettle into it, in case it overloaded.||The reception staff were polite and friendly.||A continental style breakfast was served in the morning with a limited range of hot food options. Unfortnately some of the hot food items (such as the scrambled egg, sausages, and bacon) were a bit dry where they had been standing for a while. However the freshly ground coffee was good quality.||If the breakfast had been enhanced I probably would have scored this review four stars.||However if I am ever back in Coventry I would stay at this hotel again, as it's incredibly good value for money for a one night stay 🙂
