Had a very decent stay. Reception staff are nice and it's pretty and modern inside. Only downside of reception / communal areas is there was an extremely strong smell of cannabis. The rooms were really decent, good size and clean with everything you'd want. Bed/pillows were amazing!!! Most comfortable bed I've stayed in for a while! For only a few pounds more than premier inn round the corner this was much better and in a nicer part of Sutton. Only downfall of rooms is the lighting is pretty dim so was quite awkward to do my make up. Overall I enjoyed the staff and will be returning 🙂

Room suited what I needed, not over the top flashy but simple, no fuss and uncomplicated. Lighting design in the rooms isn’t great though (rooms are quite dark). Any issues that occurred were sorted in a reasonable time frame. Great central Sutton location only a 2-3 minute walk to the train station connecting you to Central London. Clean and professional customer service, and not bad for value as far as London goes. Overall would recommend.

Stayed here a few times and always leave feeling relaxed and happy. The rooms are all lovely with enormous windows to see for miles. The bathroom and shower are good quality and spotless. Highly recommend this hotel

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room very quiet, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Seriously appreciate being able to open the window. Shower excellent with no noisy fan. Beds very comfy and room size was surprisingly large. Large kettle with proper mugs and nice teabags was greatly appreciated.

Room was big and nice. Location was perfect, just a short walk to High Street and you can fight many restaurant, very close to Manor Park. Well connected with bus and train station. Staff is super helpful and nice, thanks to Vinona for the picture taken just before I am on my way to the airport. Thank you for the stay!

Stayed here for 1 night. Staff very helpful and friendly at reception. Bar was not open when we tried to get a drink at 8pm. Corridors smelt really bad. Condensation on bedroom window was very bad. Pools of water on the floor. So much so that the flooring was lifting. Would not return. Room clean but smelt of cigarette smoke

I could not have picked a better suited location wise for an hotel a very handy location the main train station 5 mins walk the hotel in a very good area all positive. I arrived early but the staff were very helpful in checking me in so professional which is good to see the place was a bit of a maze to start off but everything clearly marked so just follow the signs the reception area is a very pleasant waiting area very comfortable indeed the place seemed very pleasant warm n welcoming the lift access very good the dark effect I liked plus the rooms had a nice dark calm feel about it which same again I liked the shower area toilet was fine I’m not going to complain about the slightest thing because the price for the location the comfort of the room the tv a good size the bed very comfortable I liked the fact it was a black out room once the curtains had been pulled I felt comfortable plus safe stopping at this hotel I would highly recommended it on price plus location also safety is key . I hope to stop again in future the price is just a bargain plus having staff on the desk 24 hours also the views from certain parts of the hotel are a big plus all in all a great place to stay.

6 rating is probably generous. I was surprised that you charge your guests for parking. This wasn’t made clear in the booking process. We travelled for 5 hours from West Yorkshire and had a baby with us. Not enough parking and not suitable. We had to squeeze our car into a spot next to a column, then had to pay an extortionate amount for 1 night stay.
