We’ve just spent a couple of nights here on family business and can find no fault what so ever with the hotel. We stayed here pre-covid and enjoyed our stay, and this time it was equally as fantastic. The welcome, service overall, room, facilities, parking, breakfast have all been fantastic. It’s in a great location, easy to walk to the station and in to town. Very dog friendly. So, nothing negative. Just a big thumbs up. We will certainly use again. It is exceptionally good value for money.

Very well maintained rooms. Quite spacious. Very comfortable mattress(slept well the first day, didn't have to get used to a weird springy bed like most hotels now). Well kept bathroom as well with adequate heating for the rooms. A quiet location as well. Parking spaces available for the guests. They also have a decent breakfast as buffet.

Have been getting day rooms here for sleeping post working nights.
Very reasonable rate. Clean and comfortable beds. Good power showers. Towels provided. Not tried any of their food so unable to comment. Plenty of parking available which is free.

Stayed for 2 nights with my daughter and 2 grandchildren as part of a coach tour. We had 2 rooms. Both rooms were exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable. Only 1 pillow per bed which suited me and when my young granddaughter asked for an extra pillow one was supplied without any fuss. The staff in the hotel were exceptional. Friendly, helpful and professional, I can't praise them enough! My only small niggle was that the rooms were a bit too warm however this didn't stop us sleeping comfortably at night. Good selection of teas/coffees in the hospitality trays. The hotel sits in a quiet industrial park but there was a Londis and Co-op a 15 minute walk away. Thank you to the staff who made our stay extremely enjoyable. We would stay here again.

Known by rail staff (who are often having to lodge in Crewe) as The Abyss, still one of the cleanest and quietest hotels near the Station.|Problems? oh yes. Last time I was there, food service stops at 8.15pm, 24 hour options all involve a bored night porter and a microwave. I had to ask for a room change as my allocated one was directly above the kitchens and absolutely reeked of chip fat. Ironic as they wouldnt serve me chips after 8.15.|Breakfast buffet is severely meagre, with only 4 hot options. Basically beans, bacon, scrambled egg, sausage. Duty staff really weren’t motivated or happy. Take-away app based deliveries a regular occurrence here with staff reminding customers ‘you can’t eat that in the public area’||but when the other options in central Crewe are worse, even the Premier Inn it still represents a good option if forced to be there for work.

Nice clean and tidy room, bed comfortable, decent WiFi.
Restaurant for evening is good, breakfast a bit disappointing especially if you just want continental ( you have to all of you want a warm croissant)

Generally clean and basic hotel , staff friendly enough. Good food selection and quality at tea and breakfast, was a buffet style.||It would be even better if full fat coke or Pepsi was available only zero sugar was available which we don’t like.||Asked for an extra pillow but wasn’t any available ?||Take some snacks or bottled drinks as the nearest shop is around 20 minute walk on a dual carriageway.||Nice hotel just a couple of tweeks and I would return.
