The order process was easy and they were super helpful in the design. Delivery was perfect and well packaged to keep it safe and looking great for the day. The ice luge was an absolute masterpiece, showcasing impeccable artistry and attention to detail. The design, a life-sized eagle in mid-flight, was incredibly realistic, with intricately carved feathers and a sense of motion that brought it to life. We placed an order with John from the ice agency for our Christmas function at RAF Woodvale. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and as you can see from the picture the luge came out very well. It was an amazing centrepiece for the night and was received incredibly well by everyone in attendance. Couldn’t recommend John and the company enough.

The team were able to create a bespoke design that fitted our organisations logo. Everything we needed including a drip tray and lighting was delivered door to door and were set up by the guys.

I highly recommend having an Ice Sculpture, it really is a wow feature that helps elevate your event and impress your guests. After the meal the guests were then able to partake in some shots through the ice luge which added an extra element of fun to the evening. It also provided a good back drop for pictures.

We ordered a custom ice sculpture in the shape of the RE grenade from the Ice Agency for the 2023 Christmas Ball, which looked excellent and made a great addition to the entertainments arranged for the ball. Ordering and sending through reference photos was easy and the result was excellent, the directions for setting it up and the final result were exactly what we wanted. Many of the guests commented on how good it looked and had a great time using it in the bar – Thank you Ice Agency for squeezing in an order in what I know is a busy winter period for you!

John provided an excellent lynx ice sculpture for a recent event. The detail and quality of the sculpture was incredible and was only made better with the LED lighting. Communication was clear and delivery seamless. Looking forward to using the Ice Agency again in the future! Thanks John!

We were lucky enough to have an ice luge from Ice Agency for our Christmas function this year. It looked great and was a fantastic centre piece for the function which certainly got people talking and involved.
