Had a root colour and blowdry with Boo today.
Can sometimes be tricky because of how light my roots are and I go quite dark but the colour covered brilliantly.
Really thorough hair wash leaving my hair and scalp feeling clean and fresh, head massage was heavenly.

Pretty average pedicure in poor surroundings for a whopping £50. For that money I would expect more of a spa experience with facilities and decor to match. I just got this pedicure re-done in High Street Kensington for less money. Far better job. Won’t be returning.

I have been a very happy customer of Iconic Health and Beauty since 2016. During this time, I’ve had a variety of the treatments with most of their therapists. For this reason I feel like I can give an impartial, fair review of the business as a whole. I love going to Iconic Health and Beauty! The team are friendly but always very professional. When I got married in 2016, Boo and her team went above and beyond to make sure that I felt amazing and relaxed for my special day. They also went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and safe during my pregnancy. Even though I was fussy during this period, they were fair to me and always treated me with respect. The team is experienced and I always feel wonderful after their treatments. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

Today was my second visit here, I definitely won't be going else-where. I usually get a hollywood wax, and after a awful experience at a different salon I decided to come here. I had Charlie on my first visit, she was so lovely and reassuring. I also found the procedure to be no-where near as painful as I have previously had. I then had Boo today, who also was so welcoming and lovely. All staff overall have been kind, and I couldn't fault the place at all. New visitors receive 20% off, then on my second visit I had 10% off, which was unexpected. By far my favorite salon, and a great location too. Thank's girls! 🙂 xx

I took my very apprehensive 13 yr old daughter to get her ears pierced. Sam was so lovely, and explained everything really thoroughly and gently, putting my daughter at ease. 3 weeks later, and her ears are healing beautifully. Thank you Sam.

Cute little salon, had a great experience with an extended bikini wax. Lady was very reassuring and process was not that painful compared with other hair removal treatments I have tried. Overall great atmosphere and friendly staff, would definitely go back! Also do 20% for new clients and 10% off for students

I had my cartilage piercing done 3 months ago at this salon. After going to a proper piercing salon to have the stud replaced for a hoop, I was told that they couldn’t do it as the piercing was done at such an angle that it would be impossible for the hoop to lay flat. Also, it was pierced with a normal earring not a cartilage piercing so the post is too thin for it to fit through. I’ve now got to wait 3 months for it to heal to have it redone. Went to salon for a refund which was given after much explaining and persistence, but had to actually ask for an apology when leaving! Very shoddy and unprofessional customer service!
