We booked Hope Farm as a base for our son's wedding in nearby Sevenoaks. What a great find! The bedrooms and bathroom were excellent. The upstairs lounge/kitchenette is huge and very comfortable with all you need for a few days stay. The table football was an added bonus as was the giant owl (stay and you will find out why)! Nothing was too much trouble for our host and the breakfasts were delicious. Thank you Caroline.

We stayed at Hope Farm for over eight weeks, and we were delighted with the accommodation: spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Caroline was an excellent host: friendly, cheerful and helpful, but never intrusive. We particularly liked the picturesque covered seating area outside, one of our group finding it ideal for daily meditation sessions. Although Hope Farm no longer offers breakfast, it has a well-equipped kitchen which makes self-catering an easy option. There are also two local pubs: The George & Dragon does excellent food all week, while The Plough at Ivy Hatch does weekly "pop-up" specials on Thursdays and Fridays. There is also a deli/sandwich shop (The Hutch) about 20 minutes' walk away. Larger shops in Borough Green are only a short drive away. We quickly felt at home here; it's a great place to relax and unwind.

We stayed here for 2 nights after our wedding. It was just what we needed... relaxing, spacious, and beautiful. Caroline and her family were so lovely and provided everything we needed, including taking our luggage in the day before our wedding. Breakfast is brought to you and was delicious and there is a huge variety of hot drinks available and a coffee machine. The barn itself was lovely inside; comfortable bed, giant sofa in the huge space upstairs, and great bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as some outdoor space. We would 100% recommend and really want to return! Thank you so much!

We were only there one night sadly, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we definitely recommend Hope Farm. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. Caroline is a wonderful host and made us feel so at ease and welcome. Excellent breakfast with Caroloine supplying her own Free Range Chicken eggs. Wonderful spacious accommodation. Beautiful area with lovely walks and pubs, we ate at The Plough, which was a short walk away- recommended.

This is a bit more than the normal B&B as it is situated in a detached barn adjacent to the owners house. Bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs very clean and comfortable. Upstairs a kitchen an lounge area with sky TV, free Wifi and a few things to keep your kids entertained. Very quiet with a large garden, breakfast includes eggs from the chickens that live there.
The nearby Harrow pub is a great little restaurant, which seems to be very popular and is only a 5 minute walk. (Looks a lot further on the map!) We enjoyed this stay far more than some hotel visits we have had in the past. Very highly recommended.

When we had to leave here last Sunday, my 4 year old said "I don't want to leave, I want to stay here forever!" I think that says it all really but I'll add a few words of my own! I was so surprised by how much space there was upstairs in the living/kitchen area, and hadn't noticed that there was a little play area for children with kitchen/puzzles/books/games that my daughter absolutely loved. This was very discreet though so not in your face if you don't have children. The grounds are really big and you can wander around outside and down to see the chickens, with a lovely bench to sit and enjoy the view and surroundings. There were swings/slides and a climbing frame too which again my daughter loved so you can see why she didn't want to leave! I especially loved the lovely big comfy corner sofa where we spent a good while relaxing on Sunday morning and reading the papers! Caroline was an amazing host, we loved our full english on Sunday morning and my daughter was spoilt with a freshly laid dippy egg, pancake with fruit, and toast with jam - needless to say she didn't eat much for lunch, she was so full! This is very near friends of ours who we were visiting, so we will definitely be staying again. I can see a couple of people have said they think this is overpriced, I just don't agree with this, prices are comparable with local hotel rates but here you're getting so much more for your money and sole use of the property and grounds. The surrounding area is just gorgeous with lots of local places of interest and lovely pubs/cafes, I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Was a peaceful location. Booked both bedrooms; good to have privacy. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was modern with shower. Internet was a tad slow but understand will be upgraded. The upstairs kitchen and dining area with lounge added spaciousness to the visit - a definite plus. Nice garden. Parking was directly in front. Caroline was welcoming and amazingly efficient. Excellent breakfasts.

We stayed in this charming BnB in the summer and what a find it was. i would definitely recommend as a couple or with a family. We unfortunately were only there for one night but i think it would be a beautiful little spot to stay for a couple of nights. The only thing i would change is the couch, i know practical but such lovely decor downstairs and then upstairs looks a little cheap and '70's but this really is my own personal taste and even though this does jar me, i would stay again in a heartbeat. Caroline is a lovely, warm host in a wonderful way of being unintrusive but there in a flash when needed. Not sure how she did it.
