We enjoy the fabulous welcome drinks amongst the charming views across rural countryside in your garden room. Plenty of places to relax, chat or find peace and quiet in characterful luxury of your sauna, steam, pool and hot tub. We appreciate all your attention to detail, ease of communication when booking and look forward to returning soon for more magical moments🙏✨

My friends and I have just come back from a Twighlight package. Full use of the pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub. Dress robes towels and slippers and a complimentary drink £25 per person. It starts from 4pm-9pm. The lady on the phone said they leave at 5 pm, but there were friendly male staff on the reception who welcomed us and gave us our towels and robes. We used the changing rooms to change into which were clean. There are changing room toilets, showers, and plenty of room to change in. Remember to bring a pound with you for the locker. We spent a good two hours using the facilities. We were shown to a side room for spa packages to have our complimentary drink (a drink upto £6) and as the weather was nice, they had outdoor seating so we sat there with a beautiful pond and flowers as a view. We had a sandwich with crisps and salad for £7.90 and bowl of triple cut chips for £5. The food was yummy. The waiter was friendly and helpful with taking our orders and questions on food. A lovely relaxing evening after work. Well needed and worth the money!

Had a half spa day here with a one hour treatment. The staff were friendly and took their time to explain everything and the treatment itself was lovely with lots of options to choose from. Swimming pool is small but nice. We didn't use the gym facilities. Overall not a bad experience

What a lovely place...certainly going back! Staff throughout from the moment we arrived were friendly and welcoming. Arrived an hour before the treatment was due to start where had a swim, sauna and steam room visit before quick shower so was all ready for my favourite hot stone and a facial as never had one before...wow! The massage was spot on and chatted to my sister after who tried the raindrop one and we both had an amazing treatment and felt so looked after. We then had a lovely fresh lunch in the garden with the sunshine before going home and feeling relaxed for the rest of the day...and week! Thank you for a lovely experience and cant wait to come back extend the spa stay with an overnight room to try the breakfast!

Amazing experience - blissful, relaxing and serene. Just what the doctor ordered really! Staff were informative, welcoming and friendly. Female changing rooms recently refurbished so very clean and good facilities. The treatment rooms were being refurbished, but could still have a relaxing massage in one of the hotel rooms. I had an amazing facial and CBD massage - highly recommend! Pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna a bit busy (quite rightly!) but we were still able to use everything. Thanks for a lovely experience!

Nice setting.

I arrived for my massage 15 minutes beforehand to fill in the paperwork as requested, but no one was at the Imagine Spa desk. I was told by the gym receptionist to wait as they were busy. There were no seats to sit at by Imagine's Reception area, and I waited nearly 15 minutes to be seen standing in the way of people coming in and out using the facilities.

However, my actual massage was great, very relaxing, and the lady who did my massage was lovely. They were very accommodating with me around deciding whether to have the 30-minute or 60-minute treatment. This was an evening appointment, so I expect that is why staff levels weren't enough to man the reception constantly.

I've had the hot stones massage and the power breakfast facial.
After the hot stones massage I felt relaxed and refreshed. It was the first time I've had this done so I was not sure of what to expect. When the first stone touched my leg I thought 'that was a bit hot' but then I didn't really notice it after and it was really relaxing.
My power breakfast facial was lovely! My therapist talked me through all the steps and what I need to do to improve my facial skin. My skin after felt rejuvenated and fresh.
My therapist was a lovely lady called Ana, she gave me great advice on the aftercare of both my treatments. She was lovely, very polite and professional and made me feel very relaxed. When I come back I will definitely ask for Ana again 🙂

We were back at the Spa this week, after a bit of a disappointing visit some time ago. What a difference !!! It shows that any business can have a ‘tricky day’ but this is not necessarily a reflection of their performance as a whole.
Lovely, warm welcome, clean and inviting premises and two facial treatments ( for my daughter and myself ) that were absolutely top notch!!
