Not so much place.
Friendly people!
Opening time 9:30, but you can arrive early and stay first till they opening. By other exit you can find a place to turn around.

A famous poet once was asked, "where do you get your manners from?", to which he replied, "from the unmannerly!"

If you would like to see the epitome of an unmannerly person, please see the long, black-haired customer service lady from Imperial Food and Packaging as she is one of the most egotistical, stuck-up, vile human beings I have ever encountered.

On the rare occasions she does say those two words "thank you", the tone it's said in one would think she intended to say "eff you".

Learn some manners, correct your tone, walk with humility, treat your fellow human beings with dignity, as they are the basic requirements of a customer service assistant - you can turn into Frankenstein's monster again when you leave the building.

My message to Imperial is that you would do well to remove her from your payroll as the stench of her negativity undoubtedly has put and will put other customer's off and despite her perceived 'experience,' 'affordability,' and 'longevity,' these 'qualities' outweigh the harm she is causing to the company's reputation

Visied Imperial on 07/01/23 at 15:15. Rude customer service. The receptionist answers back very rudely. I doubt that she is typical of your employees. However, I think that someone should talk to her soon before your business suffers more customer complaints. All of us need to learn something new occasionally. I guess it is her turn.

Bubble company. They sell you defective goods. Rude customer service and unprofessional. An underground business. If you want a quality product, definitely stay away. If you want to waste your money, use this place.
