Hair in pakoreh and barfi was off.
Ordered half kilo pakoreh and they took my money and then he informed me after waiting 25 mins in there that they had run out of pakoreh!
Ok i let that slide and gave them the benefit of the doubt, because before this I order chocolate barfi and that was off, smelly and strange after taste. Not even real chocolate on it.

What a big mistake..!
Got home and bit into the first pakoreh to be greeted with a massive long hair looped in pakoreh.
I rang the shop straight away and asked to speak to the management and he did not come to the phone even though he was in the shop and was obviously not interested in any customer service or at least an apology.
I re attended the store straight away to give them back all there pakoreh and the hair..
I was told by a worker it was a "new chef".
Again nothing from the owner or manager to offer any apology or any service recovery. I found this arrogant and I will not be going back.
I have now found some other new shops in oadby parade that I will try that are cheaper and may have better customer service hopefully.

First time visiting this shop. We noticed it on social media and thought we will go and check it out.
Firstly they greet you eventhough it was busy another good sign of how good their food is.
Secondly the food came out quick, hot and the portion sizes were huge. We ate in and they made it very welcoming and asked us if we needed anything which I found really kind and caring as many places just hands over the food and that's it.
The place was clean and tidy. The food well where do I start it was delicious.
We had ordered a few dishes and one that was recommended and they weren't wrong, every single dish tasted fresh and delicious.
The crispy aubergines were amazing, considering I don't like aubergines they tasted great! All the food we had ordered tasted amazing and again large portions.
Definitely will recommend this to everyone 👌

Really been enjoying the food from here in the last 6 months. Authentic home cooked taste on everything we have tried so far. Clean, fresh produce, nicely packed for take aways and good portion sizes. Understand and cater for my Gluten Free dietary requirement. Always service with a smile 😊

Amazing family run business, with the nicest people serving the yummiest food. Have eaten inside and had multiple take aways.. always fresh, huge potions and delicious!! Goes down nice with a cup of chai too. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Indian Sweet Box

Had in the past ordered a few take aways but my last 2 trips were dine in. All my family members enjoyed their experience on our recent visit - the service was excellent, food was great and the price was reasonable. They were quite busy at the time but our meals were still prepared within good time. The staff also recommended re-arranging our order to avoid having excess food. We look forward to making return trips in the future!
