Barney was a star from start to finish, from the planning and throughout the whole of our day together.
He took a group of 8 family members foraging and then came back to our accommodation to cook with us. He made our lunch of fresh soup and then a great BBQ.
We were a family group with ages from 18 months to 80 years and Barney worked well with everyone.
The food Barney produced was delicious and enjoyed by all.
Thank you Barney for helping to create some great memories and celebrate a special day.

We were recommended Barney (infamous catering) by one of our friends for our wedding breakfast, once we met Barney we knew he was the guy for us. Nothing was too difficult for him, he really catered for our needs, especially for my mum who had coeliac disease. On the day he was professional, warming and friendly. We had many people compliment the food and Barney. I would definitely use Barney again for any party or event.

Barney was incredible! He easily accommodated our party and made changes for the fussy eaters with ease. The menu choice was well picked, considering we have him nothing to go on and everyone was full and happy at the end! Barney was brilliant, fun and a joy to spend the day with. After foraging, he put on a spectacular feast of enriching and mouth-watering food. I was ecstatic to be apart of the cooking process and was completely in my element. Since tasting Barney's food and learning about what can be foraged, I have felt really inspired to cook in the way he did for the birthday event he did for us. Thankyou so much Barney 😁

Barney pulled through with our last minute request for catering a hen do at Monnow Valley Recording Studio - he created a delicious 3 course menu for 18 people and catered for all our dietary requirements ensuring that the menu was tailored to be gluten free, had both meat + veggie options and he also tweaked the menu based on preferences. Everyone loved the food and Barney was really friendly and made the overall evening super easy and fun. I would definitely use Infamous Catering again and highly recommend to anyone!

Ian was nothing short of wonderful to plan my birthday party with from start to finish!! The loveliest man, and the most delicious cooking - he catered for my party of 42 guests with a smile throughout and the food was just divine!! Highly highly recommend - brilliant local food as well, I’d give him more stars if I could!

What a blast we've had. 80th birthday with Barney who led a foraging expedition to the woods and brought back goodies to contribute to a super soup for lunch. He worked with several members of the family to prepare a huge banquet for dinner. Special mention to Peter and Charlie for thier contributions. Barney was a superstar with an encyclopeadic knowledge of food. He's a great chef and brilliant company. Can't recommend him and Infamous Catering enough. You will not be disappointed.
