Really friendly and clean. The hostess was very friendly and quick to answer any question we had. So close to the Town Centre and really handy for all transport hubs. A real gem

Recently had a two night stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. We stayed in the garden room which was spacious with the added benefit of a sofa which made it feel more homely and relaxing. The bathroom was modern with a powerful shower and lovely fluffy towels!|Was great having access to the main kitchen to be able to prepare meals and was so nice of Jackie to provide home touches like milk, cereal, jams etc|Jackie was a fantastic host, couldn’t have been more friendly. She stored our luggage for us as we arrived early and made us feel at home and welcome at all times|Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in the area!

Stayed with my fella and we had a lovely time. We came too early for check in, so I recommend coming at around 2pm as check out is 11am and gives them enough time to clean the room and have it ready. Jackie is very friendly and approachable. You will need to ring her to be able to check in. Netflix and prime are available and the Harry Potter collection has been purchased on prime. The bed was super comfy, we've been in other hotels and the beds were a let down but here the bed is solid. Definitely would recommend

Had a wonderful stay , Jackie went absolutely above and beyond ! Stayed in the garden room which was totally beautiful and so so comfortable, it was warm cozy and exceptionally clean , the decor was lovely, the room was really big and the lay out was fantastic and the en-suite had a lovely big shower , my stay was for over a week in all and slept really well and was lovely and quiet with quality curtains which didn’t let the light in , there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room and milk was also provided in the kitchen which was really good , really can’t thank Jackie enough for all she did throughout my stay she was amazing, lovely , friendly and really made me feel at home and will say again honestly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect and comfortable , I can’t fault my stay in anyway at all and would recommend staying here to anyone.... it’s in a great location close to shops and the Tuesday market which was also very convenient... really enjoyed it and would most certainly return ... wonderful place with wonderful people !

Lovely warm Lancashire welcome from Jackie great communication prior to arriving.
Only stayed for 1 night but everything was great. Lovely property just a few minutes from the town. Fantastic comfy bed with gorgeous bedding. Great shower and bathroom lovely breakfast .... can't fault it and would definitely recommend it 😀

I set my check-in for 2pm and upon arrival at 3:15 the room was not ready. I had a business meeting and needed access to the room. I left for my meeting and when I returned at 6, the room was still not locked and ready for me. I also never received towels, so could not dry hands or shower.

The room itself had torn drapes which did not completely cover the window, a large carpet burn, and a deadbolt lock that did not work. There was no refrigerator for personal items and the bedding smelled too strongly of detergent as if they were overly washed and irritated my skin.

The entire stay I had the strong impression that people actually live there and are sharing the space with short stay guests. Very uncomfortable overall.

Stayed overnight in 'the garden room' - sadly the night we arrived it was pouring down with rain and pitch black, so couldn't see the garden, but the house was SO nice and warm! ||||Cereal and milk were provided so we could make hot cuppa straight away. The room was very big, a perfect space to spend the night. The waterfall shower was an added bonus.||||Sadly we only stayed one night, but met a member of staff on the way out and they were very kind and sweet. ||||Will definitely choose this B&B next time we stay in Chorley <3

Beautiful gem of a place with terrific rooms and brilliant staff who can't do enough for you. Lovely breakfast as well. Rooms are immaculately decorated with lovely features, bed was lovely and comfortable. My wife and I will definitely return. Thanks to Lavinia for helping us out as well much appreciated X.
