We did not stay at the property. We dined twice and the food was delicious both times. Home made and well priced, a good selection of beer and wine for a pub. Staff excellent, friendly and very welcoming.|Great position for the beach. |Locals very friendly and good music on Monday nights.

Very nice friendly place both for food and just a drink. All the meals we have had have been tasty and well prepared. Good for gluten free options. And dog friendly.

Well where can I start. To begin this is not a hotel it is a pub!!||It says it is dog friendly but one is made to feel uncomfortable whilst there and only allowed in certain places!! They say some people have allergies to dogs but to be honest would someone with dog allergy go to a dog friendly pub!The breakfast was good- the service by Mandy wasp8 atrocious.Rude and very unpleasant. The cleaner was mopping the floor whilst we were trying to have breakfast and when asked to wait until we had finished breakfast.Mandy ( do not know surname) the waitress sided with her and said it was ok.||The bedroom was a disgrace. It is obvious nothing has been done since the 1950’s.The furniture is ready along time ago for the skip.||You can hear and feel the springs in the bed.the windows have mould and condensation all over them in the mornings.||Because we had a dog we were only given the very small bedroom. This was not clear when we booked!||Their locking in idea is strange and frightening!!||They lock you in at 10.00 and if you want to go out you have to use the fire escape and to get back in.My dog was frightened of the open slippery steps so I had to carry her up so certainly no good for big dogs or people with walking difficulties.I think it is a disaster waiting to happen with a fire situation or someone needing to go to hospital during the hours of 10.00p.m to 9.00am.||Breakfast was only served between 9.00 and 9.30.so then the breakfast staff were rushing around trying to serve everyone at the same time.||Yet another strange rule!!||We were unable to have a shower because the tap situation did not work and the bathroom ceiling has paper falling off and little ventilation with one window which was locked.||The photos certainly do not portray this pub as it is now!||The rest of the staff Sue and Guy were pleasant and helpful.||We also thanked the cook who did not do a bad job.||But Mandy needs to learn some manners and unfortunately is not a good asset to the running of this establishment.||||The position of this pub is very good. The beach fantastic and to this end we enjoyed being in Poole. However our stay was uncomfortable and extremely disappointing in an establishment which should just concentrate on the pub side and close down the five bedrooms or have a MAJOR make over and a lesson in politeness, curtesy and how to serve guests in a professional manner for Mandy.||I hope for their sake they act on this.We are ex hotel owners and to be honest I did not realise places like this existed in 2024.

First time vist to Inn on the park as a hotel guest, had popped in previously for a drink. Rooms are clean and well equipped with, Tea and coffee, kettle, hair dryer, Iron and Ironing board and fan. Well stocked bathroom with all toiletries you would need and free wifi. Very comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. |No problem parking on site ample spaces.|Breakfast had plenty of choices and tasty|Lady that served at breakfast and also showed us to our room was very pleasant and helpful. |As we did not come back to hotel until at least 10.30am had no disturbence or noise from bar and restaurant below. Did not try any meals at hotel apart from breakfast as were at a family celebration which included dinner.|Would definitely use hotel again when down that way.|Hotel is opposite Branksome Dene beach which we use as find as good as any in the area. There is a bus route more or less directly outside hotel which can take you to Bournemouth, Sandbanks and Poole. Nearest shops are around 1 mile away at Canford cliffs.

Family dinner mid-week. The food was really good quality. We all enjoyed our food. 2 of us had the vegan pie option and it was really tasty and you wouldn’t know the pastry was vegan. Lots of veg too. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Would recommend and return.

I dropped in to this pub a couple of weeks ago during a very hot day. I had my 6 month baby with me in a pram. There was one particular waitress working that day (I'm sorry I don't recall her name) who was so kind to me and really understood how stressful an experience can be to go out with a baby. She helped me move the pram down a stair and she came to take my order/pay at the table to save me having to push the pram back to the bar. I very much appreciated this and made my experience here a joy - thank you!
