The room functional, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials I needed. However, the balcony door didn’t seal properly, so there sometimes a cold draft. Also there was something like an attic door which opened as well, when the draft was on because the door didn’t seal properly. I liked the self-check-in and check-out process but I can guess that someone would felt it a bit strange since I never interacted with any staff. There is a fridge on the floor which everyone can use, unfortunately my food was gone the next day. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay.

Unfortunately a lot of minus for room 6 namely:
No hot water;
The shower head dirty and lots of limoscale;
The shower cabin floor extra slippery;
The room ceiling and walls full of cracks;
I share the room with a bugs family;
Windows dirty and water track between double glaze unit;
Car park min. 7 min away.
Unfortunately this location its a total disappointment due to the big potential!

Great location and nicely decorated rooms. But absolutely appalling quality. Our toilet roll holder just completely came off the wall, our shower screen wouldn't close properly and the upper right side of our bed was completely caved in. Ridiculous basic stuff that hotels should be getting right. I don't care how cheap it is, sort it out.

This place isn’t a hotel , it’s set up is an Air BB , everything is self serviced . We saw no one there at all for our entire stay . The rooms were fine just a bit tired . The shower had no pressure so it was like a trickle . Lacked attention to detail . Each day more stains appeared on the landing , not sure how or why . We paid a hotel price but didn’t get a hotel service . It should be more transparent you are booking a room in an Air BB . Something I’ve never opted to do before , and wouldn’t given the choice . Overpriced for what we received .

Room was small but did the job. Bed was really comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Windows were a bit dodgy and didn’t close with a seal so, during the winter, when we were there, there was a cold breeze. The lock on the bedroom door was a little strange but I felt safe staying there. Heating worked well, was clean and tidy when we arrived, tv worked well. It was a lovely place to stay and I would probably stay there again. View wasn’t special out the window but didn’t mind. Finally it was weird to have a person less check in and check out. We didn’t talk to any staff through our stay but we did get a message before we arrived with very detailed instructions.

It has been a bit of nightmare staying at this hotel. There was no staff or reception desk as it was a self check-in hotel using codes for the front doors and your own keys for room and the bathroom which was separated from the room. It was very inconvenient as I had to walk through the corridor to get there. Those details were failed to specify at the time of booking!! Please be aware of that!!
I went out in an evening came back at 10:30pm. I couldn’t get through the front door with code after few attempts . So I rang the emergency number I was given but no answer. I was terrified that I could ended up on the street. Finally after many attempts the door did opened at the end. Thank god!!
I went for a shower that evening and there was no hot water my evening couldn’t get any worse than that!
I didn’t get much sleep that night due to the noise outside and the couple in next room was coughing through the night. This building is so old there is no sound proof at all. I wouldn’t go back for sure!!

Lovely room, good location, good instructions
Room 15 at top was good because was quiet and nice view from little sofa by window but one downside was the shower - very little pressure - at times barely a drip - dangerously scalding one minute, cold the next- does need to be looked at.

There is poor WiFi and there were no batteries in the tv remote. The patio door was unlock-able leaving laptops etc at risk. |There were no breakfast snacks. The floor is uneven, the fixtures and fittings not great and it’s a bit grimy. Disappointing.
