I've been going since April 2023 and loving it. Lots of equipment (cardio, free weights and machines) and it's never crowded.
I do personal training with Summer and the results have been awesome - without any changes in diet I lost 5 kg in 3 months, look and feel fitter. You can see how passionate Summer is about fitness and how prepared she is, always adapts to your body and limitations. Recommend both the gym and PT sessions with Summer.

Great gym- good range of equipment, facilities are always clean and staff are lovely. PT with Summer is excellent- really knowledgeable, tailors sessions to fit what you want to achieve and genuinely wants you to succeed. Couldn't ask for a better PT.

I enjoy it. Just old git returning to the gym after 30 year absence. Shifting beer gut back up to the chest area and doing so in nice relaxed atmosphere. The beach body takes a little more effort these days.The benefits of retirement I suppose.

Positives for her are the staff in this place are very welcoming, the place is quite clean overall and when something breaks they usually have it fixed pretty quickly. The equipment is in great shape, there's a very friendly atmosphere in there and there's lots of parking(after 5 on weekdays). I think it's good value for money too.
Negatives for me is there's not too much equipment, only one bench press, no squat rack (just a smiths one and a leg press), no machine for calves, no free weight lat pull down (for adjustable grips). Id count these as necessary gym items. I think if they relaid it slightly they might get more in there but they are short on space. I've come from a body building gym to here so if you're looking for that kind of gym it may be lacking but if you're looking for a fitness gym this is perfect.
Other slight grievances would be the jacuzzi could be hotter and opening hours being poor on weekends. They close at 4 on Saturdays and 12 on Sundays. Overall I'd recommend this gym.

I've been coming here for the past 16 months and it's done wonders for me. Specifically, because of my personal trainer, Lewis, I stayed motivated in my weight loss journey as I already lost 6st! I will be forever grateful to him and this gym, thank you.
