10/10 Caribbean food, homemade, comfort food that is just as good as the food I had in Jamaica.
I regularly order and visit her stand at the Chelmsford market and would highly recommend. Everyone I have recommended too has loved it just as much as me.

My favourite Caribbean food, my favourite is the Jerk Chicken with Rice & Peas, always really tasty and full of flavour! Also has a 5 star food hygiene rating which is very important to me, good portion sizes and reasonably priced ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were at Hylands house today and it was impressive. Impressive food can be that poor. The worst carribean food I've tried by a long way. The worst food I've had from a catering truck too.

The chicken was so dry and flavourless. The rice was overcooked supermarket rice. No peas, no spices, not a hint of seasoning. The rice was a joke to be honest.

The portion sizes were stingy but for once I didnt mind as it was hard to eat. I paid £12 and my friend paid £15 for an upgraded version with 1 cherry tomato cut in half, a few bits of cucumber and some sad looking lettuce.

A few of us got the jerk chicken together and no one had a positive thing to say.
