The owners were both friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was enjoyed by my dad and sister. There was however what looked like cat faeces in the corner of the attic room. There was also a lot of dust and cobwebs around. The tea and coffee making facilities in the room were all dins and there was a good amount of space. All in all, mixed but with a friendly atmosphere and beautiful location.

Stayed here for one night and cannot fault! Welcomed as soon as we arrived. Shown to our room which was a good size, clean, tidy and cosy! Had a very good breakfast the next day which was excellent! Shown around the farm and even helped feed the calves, collect eggs from the chickens and turn out the shire horse and foal. We watched their German shepherds playing in the field which was lovely. Such a lovely experience and John and Sue could not have been more welcoming! This was the first time here but we will definitely be returning. Thank you.

This was a lovely place to stay. John and Susan were very welcoming and had everything ready for our stay. Large rooms, beautiful bedding, lovely and warm - absolutely nothing to fault. Breakfast was tasty and extremely plentiful! Would definitely stay here again as it’s such a beautiful setting and our only negative is we ran out of time to look around the farm!

Booked this B&B, for a one night stay on the 22nd July 17, arrived early evening and shown to our room. Susan & John gave us a warm welcome||||The room was very clean & tidy, with all necessary equipment, with good WiFi connection. The owners were very polite and helpful, advising a good place to eat that evening. ||||The room was comfortable, tea & coffee, soap, good fluffy towels, all what should be expected.||||The breakfast in the morning was excellent and very filling, cooked on the Aga to order. The owners were great and a pleasure to talk too.||||I would book this B&B again and have already recommended it to friends.||||Thanks to Susan & John for our stay

Although this was only a one night stop we were struck by the homeliness of the gorgeous barn conversion on arrival. Susan met us and showed us to our family room which we discovered to be sizeable and very comfortable. Exceptionally clean too. We headed out for the evening, returning to snooze our way to breakfast. ||So, breakfast downstairs in a country style kitchen, listening to John singing away as he cooked. Breakfast was fulfilling even as a vegetarian. Wife and son went for the full fat offering!! After breakfast John took us off to see the farm animals (including the puppies and calves) and was wonderful ! We vacated sadly but knowing we will definetely be returning- the sooner the better. Many many thanks to John and Susan who even gave my wife a Lancashire cheese ball for her birthday. Fantastic- next time Sharon will bring her wellies to help out!

We booked to stay at Isles Field Barn in September 2017 as we were visiting for a friends wedding which was taking place at Gibbon Bridge Hotel in Chipping. We were travelling from Northumberland and checking in before a quick change to drive to the wedding. We advised we would need an early check which wasn't a problem at all. ||||The owners, Susan and John were there to greet us as soon as we arrived and took us to our room. The room itself was comfy and clean and perfect for what we needed for our stay complete with tea, coffee, towels etc. Once ready to head off to the wedding, we were driving to the wedding so had planned to leave our car and get a taxi back to pick up the car in the morning from the venue however John kindly offered to drive us over which was so unexpected and so very much appreciated. They really did go the extra mile for us. ||||The full english breakfast was great and just what we needed before our journey back home. Made to fit the time we requested along with plenty of tea, coffee, toast and jam.||||We're very glad we found this B&B and will definitely stay again when we're next in the area. Thank you.

Booked Isles Farm on the off chance and was not disappointed. Greeted by our hosts on arrival, made to feel at home. Our room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Thank you very much on behalf of my wife and I for a lovely stay.

Can’t fault this cute b&b. Stayed a night with my partner and had all we needed + a superb breakfast in the morning! Owners are very welcoming and are on hand to help with any queries or needs (highly spoken about by the locals too!). Would return again.
