When I came in, it wasn't too busy. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were colossal. I am grateful for the hefty amount and felt like a small child being treated especially with the mcdonalds style fries. Staff is really polite and always making an effort and keeping the store up to standard. A real gem in quiet Crawley. Something we need.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch, and found the food really good.

I had the carbonara - it was really tasty, but more British take on carbonara than authentic (contains cream, and doesn't contain guanciale) - but I would have it again.

My wife had the mac & cheese and said it was great.

I came looking for place that did a Full English Breakfast, and I found it in the Italian Kitchen. The ambience is perfect for a quick meal or long eating / drinking experience. Service was helpful and straightforward. Having experienced many "Greasy Spoon" Cafes in East London, this Full English was TOPS. I am writing this review as I drink my tea.

Not sure what’s happened to this place, seems to have lost its way! Just spent nearly £100 for four of us and have to say it was so poor! That’s restaurant pricing but they dump a tray on the table with cutlery (not enough for 4) you then have to get up and go and find pepper & salt! We had avocado and poached egg on toast… you get hard boiled eggs with one slice of bread and a smear of avocado, with the worst dollop of pesto sauce I’ve tasted! Quite frankly it was crap, add in the fact we ordered a bottle of wine that tasted like £4 for £26 served with no ice bucket, it’s like being at IKEA self service. Quality zero, value zero… however the chap on the till was good. Would we go here again or recommend… a definite NO. They seriously need to sort them selves out. I’m sure if you want just a cup tea or coffee then fine but food

What awesome and attentive staff! I must admit I didn't expect to have such a great lunch, the staff really were so charismatic and charming. And my chicken escalope panini was great. Will definitely return and preference here over Pret from now on! Great Hidden Gem.

Location is perfect. The ambience was nice. We ordered Veg food. Bruschetta & Garlic Bread both were nice. Tried amazing drinks available in the menu. Don't remember exact names but have shared the pictures. We had tried a drink of mango base and another of green tea. Both were amazing!!
