I visited Sabai Spa on the 10th of January 2025 and I can recommend it to anyone as a wholesome experience. It is a good way to begin the year. The friendliness, professionalism and warm welcome of the staff is top notch. The ambience is relaxing. The music is comforting. The message services was simply excellent that i slept twice in my one-hour session. You should try it out.

Such an amazing experience !
Great massage
Beautiful ambience
Polite staff with magical hands who kept on asking if we were okay all through the massage.
We had the 1 hour massage and it quickly went by. Next time I'm getting the 90 minute massage! It was such a pleasurable experience! Definitely worth every pound we paid.
I left there feeling absolutely pampered.

Great experience at J Sabai Spa today. I prebooked a couples 2hr thai massage. On entry at didn't have to wait and were shown to the bedded area. 2hrs felt like a long time but I wouldn't book anything less as when I get a massage it needs to be a full body and thorough. That is exactly what you get here, as the massous methodically massages each body part thoroughly, both front and back. You have the option of oil or not, which we chose and why not, makes the massage feel a lot better. I will definitely be coming back for more massages in the future be it as a couple or solo.

Such a disappointment…
At first I tried to book an appointment by phone, but as soon as I’ve asked the first question, whoever answered the phone told me to call back in an hour as they are busy cleaning the room.
I gave it another go, I said is easier to book online, so did it. Got back an email confirmation with the date and time. Perfect ! Booked a couple massage for me and my partner, sorted out our baby to be looked after as we don’t really get the time to do things just for us, took the day off of work, all sorted!
Got to the place for our appointment, just being told that she doesn’t have it and they are busy so “we have to” come back in an hour. I said we have a booking for that time, showed the email confirmation, explain that we have to pick our baby up so we don’t have that much time, still trying to reasoning with the situation. The lady she was keep saying “sorry, we’re busy now”. I’ve asked for a manager, she said he’s in holiday. Okay. So how do we sort it out ? As it was booked over a week ago and we worked out everything around it. She said again “you have to come back in an hour”. In the meantime another lady came out and told us that they have customers and no noise is aloud. I get it, I wouldn’t want someone arguing when I’m trying to relax getting a massage, but why do we have to argue when the facts are clear and you’re telling me that you’re busy and I “have to” come back in an hour. Also telling me that they don’t check the online bookings, so who replied to my email saying that is all booked?
Is my first time leaving a review good or bad, but I really felt that is not right.
I get that you can loose a booking, or whatever happened, but basically telling me to shut up and come back in hour is not the way to resolve your mistake !

Had a lovely couples massage today with my husband. Relaxing environment. Very friendly staff. Booked an appointment on the day. I liked the fact that we were asked if we feeling okay during the massage. Offered a glass of water after session. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much! 🤍
