We used Jacaranda this summer for our wedding, and they were exceptional. Hannah F was our main POC through the process, and she was incredible—so professional, reliable, and quick to accommodate every need and change of plan along the way. On the day, Hannah was brilliant—she had such a calming presence and everything ran so smoothly. Will and I (and every guest) were attended to so well.

The team at Jacaranda are incredibly professional and just get it. The food was unbelievably good (and presented beautifully) and all of our guests commented on how delicious everything was and how attentive, kind, and professional the staff were.

The whole team at Jacaranda were perfect from start to finish and made our wedding day extra special - not only was the food delicious but the organisational skills of the wonderful Jess were nothing short of exceptional.
From saving my husband and I the last few slices of cake before our guests polished it off, to taking photos of our sparklers exit as the guests were enjoying themselves far too much remember to take a quick photo, to running errands for any family member who needed attention she was just a complete superstar.
I couldn’t recommend Jess highly enough and I’m pretty sure she’s one of the reasons why I remained relatively chilled throughout our special day!

Jacaranda did virtually everything for a 60th black-tie birthday party which was held in a barn in the garden of our home, from setting-up an amazing table design, to the full pop-up kitchen in an outbuilding where their chefs crafted a dinner for our 48 guests. The food was delicious and the table service from the Jacaranda staff attentive and flawless. Hannah our Jacaranda event organiser was on-hand throughout to ensure that every aspect of the party went seamlessly from set-up through to the tidy-up. Having now used Jacaranda twice (previously for our wedding), I cannot recommend this company enough for your catering requirements. Thank you for a totally memorable evening Hannah & team.

Jacaranda catered our wedding a couple of weeks ago and they were truly phenomenal. We cannot recommend them enough. From the moment we chose them as our caterer, we knew that everything was in hand. Every single detail was carefully thought out and considered, both on the day and during the planning process. Hannah, who helped us prepare for the day and Chermain who was our on the day event manager were unbelievably professional, capable, experienced and a joy to work with. Nothing was too much of an ask, they were so much more than just caterers - they made sure that everything went absolutely perfectly from start to finish. We cannot thank them enough. The chefs were brilliant and all the waiting staff were too. We lost count of the number of guests who said that our food was by far the best they have ever had at a wedding! The mac and cheese bites in particular were STUNNING, so glad we ordered double portions of those - HEAVEN! From the set up, to the drinks reception, to the main service, the cocktail hour, bar service and even the clear up at the end - everything went far above and beyond our expectations. Choosing Jacaranda was one of the best decisions we made about our whole wedding. They really are the best of the best.

We hired Jacaranda for our wedding in September 2023. They were absolutely fantastic and made the whole day for us. Hannah, the lead catering manager was superb, always making sure we had everything we needed and making sure we tried all the beautiful food and drinks prepared. We went vegetarian for our wedding and all of our guests said how the food was one of the best they had had at any wedding - we had a fantastic spicy cauliflower starter, followed by a beautifully presented butternut squash strudel, followed by mini deserts. The food was exactly how it was in our tasting which was amazing as it was for 130 and was such a highlight of our day. All the staff were so friendly and made sure everyone has everything they needed, and the marquee and place settings we had chosen under their guidance were beautiful. One final word must be said about Hannah: she was the star of the show - going above and beyond for everything to make sure everything ran to time, everyone knew what was happening when and even though it wasn’t her job at times, she helped all our friends and family out when inevitably someone needed something. Where to start..Honestly there are no words to describe how incredible Jacaranda for our wedding. Hannah in particular was just amazing from start to finish, making sure our vision came to life, nothing was too much for her. Always made sure we had a drink in our hand and had time to ourselves with our own canapés. All our guests agreed it was the best meal they have ever eaten, and so well presented, simply out of this world. Service was smooth, evening food was amazing and Hannah even made sure we had some left overs wrapped up waiting for us in the fridge of our accommodation after. Thank you so much team, I haven’t got a bad word to say! I hope I’m able to experience a jacaranda wedding as a guest in the future now too!

I cannot thank Hannah and the Jacaranda team enough for not only the stunning catering but everything else they did on the run up / on the day.
Hannah was incredible in the weeks/months leading up to the wedding; having an answer for every problem I thought there was and making the whole planning process run so smoothly. Hannah was also brilliant on the day, altering timings for all the vendors when we needed a bit of flexibility and making us feel so special. The tray of canapes especially for us for when we came into our reception was so phenomenal – and what we really needed.

The food itself was wonderful. The canapes, all the breakfast and the late night food – all stunning. All the Jacaranda team were so attentive and so helpful to all our guests. We had so many comments on how wonderful the food and cocktails were and the sharing mains worked so wonderfully. It was also just as phenomenal on a large scale than at the tasting – which was one of our favourite days of wedding planning.

Jacaranda is so much more than an exceptional catering company. They are also a wonderful wedding planning team who have such fantastic and original ideas to make each wedding so special.
