I have known Jane for just under a year now and have always loved her calm and caring attitude. I have had two massages with her now and each time I have walked out of her therapy room feeling so much lighter in my body. I hadn’t realised I had been carrying pain in my hip joint until after Jane’s massage, when I climbed stairs and realised quite what a relief I was feeling. Her massages are very firm, which is what I prefer and I really feel like she is releasing the tension and stress in my shoulders and back. Thank you so much Jane, not only is it time for me to relax and enjoy but I know I’m giving my physical body time too

I have suffered from back and neck pain for over 25 years and have been to numerous therapists over that time. Jane was recommended to me by a physiotherapist and I’ve been seeing her regularly for in excess of 8 years now. Not only is she a lovely lady who is so easy to talk to she has the ability to find knots you don’t know you have! Her treatments are amazing and I always leave feeling so much better. I would recommend Jane wholeheartedly to anyone. If she ever stops practicing I’ll be found sobbing in a corner

It was a great relief to have found Jane several years ago now and has helped me both physically and mentally. It is an hour, although I never feel rushed, when you have a chance to talk things through no matter what, which in turn contributes to coming away feeling as though she has lifted a weight from me. It is certainly time absolutely well spent and it has always been for me more than a massage session. I know it has helped considerably in making me feel a good deal better and I would certainly thoroughly recommend her.

Jane is fantastic. She is knowledgeable and skilled and has a variety of specialisms including scar work therapy. Jane makes you feel very comfortable and safe. She is able to equip you with skills to make progress in between visits.

I was looking for something more than a beauty massage today and I certainly got it, Jane was brilliant with me I suffer from chronic pain and fatigue on a daily basis, with Jane’s expertise with the mind and body I really enjoyed my first session with advice and using myofascial release technique as part of my body massage I was floating on air. I have just had my 3rd session with Jane and she has changed my life, I have MS and was suffering with a lot of back and neck pain, but since seeing Jane she has helped to get rid of them and teach me how to stop them before they get too bad!
