Lovely staff, warm hospitality. This lodge had everything you would have needed, it was very clean, very quiet, very homely and welcoming. Helpful staff who would get the job done straight away without hesitation. Location was good, not too far from town, supermarkets and the sea. The hot tub was very clean and worked wonders. Overall Amazing experience, would definitely come back and recommend to friends and families.

Found Jaybelle Grange Lodges through the Hoseasons website as we were looking for a short break in February. The description sounded wonderful and we were not disappointed when we arrived. The lodge was extremely well equipped (we had paid slightly more to have a hot tub which we managed to use between the heavy rain showers!!) and given it was mid-February was very warm and cosy. Very clean and welcoming, with everything we needed for a short break. If you are looking for some peace and quiet (there are no on site facilities, but you do have a very good pub next door) would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

We rented a couple of lodges with friends (2 families) and both Beech and Oak were of very high standard. Both lodges are very clean and luxurious in provision including shower gel and shampoo, dish washer tablets, washing up liquid, all very nice touches. Both lodges were decorated to high standard and both came with the must have hot tub! Paul, the manager of the site was friendly and explained all the rules and kept the hot tub conditioned for our use daily. Both lodges were spacious with walk in wardrobes and the site was well maintained. We were a little worried about previous comments on children being unwelcomed but this was not the case at all. Our children had as much fun as we did, there is no facility on site which we knew and it was not something we wanted or needed. There is a Tesco and Morrisons nearby and the pub outside is a nice place for a Sunday lunch. There is free wifi on site so great provision again.||The only reason we have knocked off a star was because of a few things which were not issues for us but may be an issue for others looking to book. Firstly, there is road noise if you happen to have a lodge next to the main road outside but as we holidayed in the winter, we did not hear much with the windows closed but warmer weather could pose an issue. Secondly, there is no over the bath shower in the bathroom in Oak Lodge which was not an issue for us as a family as we could all use the shower in the ensuite. However, if you were two couples or friends renting the lodge, you could have problem sharing one shower especially after a hot tub session and we all know how difficult it is to wash hair in a bath. There is a shower over bath in Beech so no problem there. Thirdly, Oak provided a modern dish washer which was great 5 star provision so no complaint there at all but Beech Lodge which is catered for up to 6 people does not have a dish washer which considering the number of people who may be staying, a dishwasher would have been nice for a 5 star holiday lodge. So overall, a definite 5 star facility and we would happily look to book again because the negatives did not affect us at all. Great holiday!

From start to finish, our stay couldn’t have been better. Everything was perfect and well thought out. The guy who (I think) runs the site was super friendly and helpful. |The lodge itself was beautiful, clean, homely and cosy. My son particularly loved the hot tub. Lovely little extra quirks in the lodge including, board games, reading books and every kitchen utensil you could ever need! |We shall certainly be returning here in the near future.

Second visit to this site last time was about 6 years ago and i must say the quality has been maintained. Fantastic lodge everything worked as it should,Beds towels really clean, Knives forks Glasses cups etc all clean . Very quiet area dispute the closeness to the roads. Heating was great as was the hot tub. WiFi reasonable ( no charge ) and a pub across they way what more could you want

We recently spent a week at Jaybelle Grange Lodges. The park is very quiet and we enjoyed our relaxing stay in an Oak 2 bedroom lodge with hot tub. The lodge was clean and spacious and was provided with extras such as handwash in both the bathroom and en-suite, washing up liquid, tea towels and oven gloves (these haven't always been at other holiday parks we've visited). The bathrooms would have benefited from having a cabinet as there wasn't anywhere to store toiletries apart from 1 small basket on the wall in one, also a shelf/basket in the shower would've been handy. There was a washing machine/dryer and I was pleased we had a clothes airer as it's annoying when there's no where to hang your washing or swimwear to dry (other lodge/caravan parks take note). The free WiFi (by WiFi Spark) wasn't reliable or strong enough to do much so we ended up getting extra data bundles for our teenage daughters. We all used the hot tub (our daughters were in it every evening) although it isn't really big enough for more than 2 to 3 people at a time. Don't stay here if you're expecting a lively holiday park, it's a quiet lodge park with no facilities on site, we knew this and it was just what we were looking for. We enjoy walking and Climping Beach is only a 15 minute walk away so we visited that most days, also we walked to Littlehampton which is 2 miles away. Any issues I've mentioned are minor and certainly wouldn't put us off returning for a future stay.

We came here for the first time in December 2018 and liked it so much we came back. We stayed in the same lodge, it was very clean, modern, spacious, two toilets, a King sized bed and parking outside the front door. This is a very clean, quiet and spacious site. Handy for visiting Arundel, Littlehampton, Chichester etc. Supermarkets are about a five minute drive away. Recommended

Spent 4 nights here the welcome was very good the lodge was lovely and clean all mid cons the superking bed was very comfortable and spacious. The site is quite small very quiet yes you do hear the road as mentioned but it never really bothered us. Nothing on site but a lot of choice around for supermarkets also plenty to do. Lots of places to eat would recommend The Fox Felpham and The Lamb Angmering. We have booked again we loved it.
