This was our first trip to Lytham. Debi and Mark are so welcoming and helpful. We were booked into their B&B but as their flat was vacant we were offered the opportunity to stay there. It was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Debi and Mark helpfully suggested places to visit and eat. We will be booking again very soon. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the guest house in order to attend a family occasion. Mark and Debi are lovely hosts, knowledgeable and super friendly. Our room was great and had everything we needed. Tea and coffee, water, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc. The bed was comfortable with good pillows. The guest house is in a great location and includes a parking permit. We would definitely recommend

My partner and I stayed in room 1 at Jaymar guesthouse for 2 nights. The room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Hairdyer, iron and board, tea making facilities, plenty of storage space. The bathroom was cleaned daily and fresh towels. Toiletries provided (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner). |The location of the guesthouse is on a residential street and a permit is supplied to park in excess of the 2 hours allowed. We had a peaceful nights sleep, no busy roads or noisy nightclubs to disturb us. Debbie and Mark the hosts were welcoming and helpful with advice on the best resturants to visit. Breakfast is not provided but there are lots of cafes and a wetherspoons within a few minutes walking distance. We would definately recommend a stay here.

I have stayed at the Jaymar twice now. It is so well equipt with anything and everything you might need. I brought my baby on one trip and it had everything we needed such as a cot, toys and high chair. The Jay mar is lovely and clean and the owners are lovely. Nothing is too much hassle for them, they offered us advice on things to do and were so adaptable to us. I would choose to stay here again.

Have just returned from a fab weekend at the Jaymar. A big thank you to Mark and Debbie for their hospitality and advice about what Lytham has to offer. Refreshed after a comfortable nights sleep in the excellent beds and the b & b set in a peaceful, yet central area we set off each day to the nearby cheap and tasty breakfast at the Weatherspoon pub. The local train station is nearby so taking advantage of the inclusive parking we set out to explore the local area. Returning to lytham however was a delight as many new and modern Mediterranean bars and restaurants have opened with fabulous pavement dining in the comfort of heated patios should the great British weather not be shall I say not ideal! The jaymar however was ideal and we will return next time we're in the area. Top marks for comfort and decor. If I was to offer any comments to improve I would possibly just say a caddy in the shower would be very handy to put our shower gel and shampoo etc. That's it everything else is just what is required for a relaxing and enjoyable break away.

Lovely apartment, very clean. Very near to plenty of shops, restaurants, sea and plenty of flowers everywhere. The hamper breakfast was excellent value. Friendly service and helpful. This is a really good location for travelling to nearby holiday resorts I.e. Blackpool. Highly recommend and would go again.

Stayed for a weekend break for my birthday. Debbie offered us a free upgrade to the Apartment which was totally perfect for us. We've stayed here a few years ago in the main B&B which was great at the time, but when we stay here in the future, we'll definitely ask for the Apartment. Thanks Debbie and Mark!
