I did a the 5 day plant-based followed by the 5 day juice cleanse and I can honestly say, I have never felt so good! The food is just amazing, so tasty and varied and I never felt hungry or needed anything to satisfy my terrible sweet tooth! It's certainly made me rethink my eating habits, when I eat and how much more creative you can be and Jay's menus help you do that. You can find some of the dishes on his blog as recipes which is great - the pea pancakes and sweetcorn fritters are just amazing! The juice cleanse was great too! I did loose weight which was a bonus, but for me it w as the education of eating plant-based and how it would make me feel. The bloating has gone and as I've carried on with the new eating regime, I do not get bloated at all! My blood pressure has gone down and I just feel "with it", the brain fog has vanished. It's just made me realise how bad I w as before drinking loads more coffee and tea as I'm now working from home. I did get the dreaded withdrawal headache for two days but that soon vanished. I felt truly indulged that all my meals and juices were made for me, that was lovely. Jay and Jin are both lovely guys who really believe in what they do, and this comes through in the amazing food and service they provide. I will definitely be signing up for another week in the summer, it's SO worth it for the amazing benefits it gives. If in doubt just go for it you won't be disappointed! Thanks Guys!

Scrumptious food and beautiful nutritious juices provided in convenient containers and conveniently delivered to my door. Fantastic service and products. Thank you. As a busy professional, it can be difficult to prepare good quality food for the week. I've discovered Jay Halford at the perfect time to break my bad habbit of eating whatever was around. I've done the week of this great food and a few weeks of juices here and there. It feels like my body is restoring and I have more energy. It's the time to look after our bodies.. Thank you.
