I come in for waxing with Chelsea and she's great. I was a little anxious the first time and she made me feel very at ease and is very good at her job. Much more gentle and less painful than some places I've had waxes at; plus she is a genuinely nice person to talk to!

Jennifer's itself is a lovely, calming environment which is much bigger than it looks from the outside. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Chelsie, as always was warm, welcoming and professional. She talked me though what she was going to do. Checked to see if I had any questions and carried out my treatment when I was ready. I always have a fabulous experience at Jennifer's. Such a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended. Thanks Chelsie and thr whole team.

So pleased with my pedicure and gel nails. Valeriia was very patient in taking off awful thick gel. Very professional and accommodating. I received exactly what I asked for and am over the moon with the results.
