A friend took me here today, it was great. Views all around absolutely stunning & the food did not disappoint! Forgot to take pics of main course too hungry! Desserts were delicious & homemade, plenty of choice too. A lovely drive out in a fantastic location, really enjoyed it! Worth a visit, only open Friday, Saturday & Sunday, staff very friendly, go treat yourself 😁

Lovely spot for breakfast, lunch or tea & great for all weather seating.
We asked for breakfast that wasn't on the menu and Jill was very accommodating as can be seen from the photo.
The food came quickly, was hot & delicious - great value for money. Home made raspberry jam for our toast was yummy too.
Great choice of cakes, tray bakes & scones. We'll definitely be back.
The ginger cake was light and very tasty - thank you 😉

What a little gem, found by my son, when planning our hike in the Allendale area. Loved it! Beautifully located, well established and run by lovely ladies. Sat outside and enjoyed the vista of our stunning Northumbrian countryside. Being an ex farm girl - the free range hens were an added bonus!

Superb on every level. Probably the best view in the NE to relax and enjoy wholesome food. Service exemplary and staff member Nicola probably the friendliest happiest person you’ll ever encounter serving food. Fully recommended. EMC cycling lads

Really friendly with excellent service and food. Highly recommended. Pro tip: the car park can be a tight squeeze if you have a larger vehicle, but it is possible to park on the roadside nearby which, for us, worked out much better.

A family favourite for Sunday lunch out. The food is great, reasonably priced and excellent quality. The staff are amazing, great fun, friendly, the best service and always welcoming.
