I booked in for a head massage as have been experiencing bad head pain. I came in and mostly was given a shoulder massage which resulted in bad bruises the next day. The massage was so painful and I did tell the therapist this. I even got up and showed her my operation scar on my breast from breast cancer and said the pressure is hard it’s pushing me too hard into the bed. Having my shoulder above my head and the heavy massage has made my shoulder and upper back worse so now I’m in more pain. I went for a relaxing head massage somewhere else and they were horrified at my bruises and that no medical consultant was done before I started. If it had you would of known about my recent breast cancer operation and that I have impingement in my shoulders that I had an op on previously and also fibromyalgia which I should not have hard pressure.
I would say I will never have a massage of this sort again it is not relaxing in the slightest and very heavy handed. I kept saying I have fibromyalgia too but felt this was not listened too. I still have the head pain and I think it’s worse from the hard thing you rolled over my head. Now my shoulder is flared up again too. I attach the photos of the bruises which are not normal which I was told over the phone the next day and yes I did apply heat.

This was the worst message shop I've ever experience, from start to finished. 1st of all they didn't know how to work the card machine. We went up to the message room, which was freezing cold. The ladies came in and we had to ask for relaxing music. We asked for a relaxing message but we had to keep asking them to stop as they made it to hard. No offers of showers like the web site said. No towel to dry your handsome in the ladies toilet, no hand santanizer on the landing and no lid on the bin in the ladies toilet with used sanatry products inside. I would not recommend this place ever waste of money. Very disappointed

Excellent service.

Went to address some back and neck pain last weekend . The shop was very clean and easy to book though telephony reception. Very good deep tissue massage from Lisa in a very spacious room. Massage was very relaxing and relieved all tension from my problematic areas.Very good value for money.

Didn’t know what to expect, but the place was very clean and the room was very welcoming
I asked for a deep tissue massage and Tina delivered !!!
She found all the knots and worked very hard at them
It was painful, but exactly what I needed , she made sure she was checking on me and although it hurt , I knew it’s exactly what I needed ( I didn’t ask for a relaxing massage)
Excellent work and customer care I will definitely be booking one for next month as I know there still is a lot of work needed on my back due to too many hours at work , despite her working very hard for the full hour
