Really nice staff, got the full English, it's not the cheapest in the area by a long shot, but it is really good. Worth coming here with family and kids.

I took my mum for lunch at Joanna's today. The food was delicious, the staff were lovely and very attentive, and the setting is beautiful. It was busy but we did not have to wait long for service. Highly recommend!

We popped in to have a coffee and cake on Saturday as we spotted it had opened. I was disappointed with the overall service. I reserved a slice of cake at the counter (it was the last slice) and placed my order for it and an oatmilk latte. However when the waitress came with our order she turned up with a different cake and tried to serve me that without saying anything. I advised her that was not the one I had reserved/ordered. She told me that I had just missed out as the cake I ordered had gone. In addition to that she tried to serve me a cup of coffee which was just over half full and I had to ask for additional milk to top it up to a full cup. So a little under impressed so far.

Popped in on the off chance that this popular new spot in town had a space and got lucky. I had a very pleasant chicken Caesar salad and glass of wine. Both of which were very fresh and delicious. Service was very professional.

Great food and service at Joanna’s. Scones were delicious, club sandwich huge and tasty, cupcakes we took home were wolfed down by the teenagers, coffee extra hot (as requested). We’ll definitely be back. A great addition to the high street in Cranleigh.

Asked for a coffee which tasted horrible. Very weak and milky. Spoke to the server but she declined to take it off the bill. Otherwise nice location but if they can’t make decent coffee what’s the point?

The tea was awful, I couldn’t drink it.
The chips were cold and the muffin was soggy. However the poached eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection.

Nice food and nice calm atmosphere. We came in a Saturday. Staff a little unfriendly, cold and inattentive. Seem to be in their heads and lack communication skills and/or a little direction.
