Lovely staff and cleanliness, just rubbish for phone reception, WiFi should be free but it's £10 for a week, club house is a noisy kids thing if you like that sort of thing. In general it's like all other JF sites , combe martin, sandy Bay is much more nicer

Nice little site in beautiful location. However the Caravan was not cleaned to a high standard, was in fact gross to be honest. Stains in toilet. Dirty grill pan and coffee stains on floor and sink. and the security staff were obnoxious

Awful place . Miles from anywhere and no signal impossible for WiFi even phone coverage is bad . I paid for on site wi fi, 7 pound for 3 days might aswell chuck 7 pound away as never worked . It is a big site and hilly just walked down to reception with my wife who has a knee replacement waiting for her second and got refused entry to the bingo by some kids on the door acting as doormen because we never had a our guess pass which is a piece of paper and even though the same Said ' doorman lol had checked me in and seen us in theere each night wanted us to walk back up the hill to our pitch just because he wanted our crappy piece of paper. So we went back stayed in RV and I'm checking out a day early as the Customer service is awful and the prices at the bar are ridiculous.

We've had a great stay here. Caravan was a little tired around the edges (cupboard door laminates fraying etc) but very clean and comfortable!
Staff all very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend and return!
Our only disappointment is the cleanliness of the swimming pool changing rooms. I honestly don't know the last time they were cleaned.... they really are vile!! Tired I can cope with.... dirty isn't acceptable!!

Otherwise we love the park, lovely atmosphere beautiful views and great location.

The Farmhouse was amazingly located in the park.
It's a stunning brick House situated right next to the main reception, entertainment facility and in door heated pool.
The jacuzzi was clean, and maintained on a daily basis.
The only negative aspect that affected our stay, was that we were left without WiFi for 2 days, which was majority of our stay, and this was a huge disappointment as my husband complained at least 4 times.
Situated right next to the entertainment facilities, there should have been an alternative option. Not having phone service in the valley unfortunately makes you rely on the data services.
With the above said, the rest is well worth your stay, and that staff and children's entertainment is amazing. All the Stripeys put a good show on.
I would recommend a lean-to over the jacuzzi for adverse weather conditions, and maybe a downstairs toilet as there is a huge wasted area under the staircase, and it would help with wet people needing to walk upstairs.
Also, the toaster was not working properly, and the toilet cistern was not filling up automatically at times.
We had also booked for 7 people, but had to request an Extra bed pack for the sleeper couch, this was eventually provided to us.
But all in all - We enjoyed our break away

Great service, amenities could do with an uodate but we were offside most days. Arcade was poor and will not entertain for long. Food was lovely and the pool was very clean and heated. Evening entertainment was great for the kids
