They were okay. It’s cute inside the nail shop but in terms of the actual nails they do aren’t that great. I asked for gel French tips - first the white line was way too thin so I asked for it to be a thickened a little politely (even though I showed them a reference picture, no one would use it as a reference) and the whole shop turned around like I just insulted their mothers.

If you want a specific style, I would say go somewhere else since they're just going to do the style they want, because they only thickened it a little and I didn’t want to ask again because I didn’t want the whole shop turning around again. I wouldn’t have minded the thin tips so much but you can see my nails underneath the gel and it looks odd.

I do not recommend this place , I went in without appointment booked before , asked if my nails can be done now , the service was agreed. the man started removing the gel polish from my nails with a milling machine, then he started to remove the gel with his fingers, when I told him that it was not healthy for the nails, he replied “ yeah “ and continued to remove the gel with his fingers, the tools were dirty and not sterilized, I decided to pay for the removal of the gel and resigned from further service.

I tried this nail salon for the first time today, I really wasn't keen on my nails at all! I did mention a couple of times that the square shape I asked for did not look nice! Think it was how they were being filed they were curved at the top. They were too thick and the paint work was sloppy! Paid £30 plus tip but ended up going to another salon straight after for a removal and re do! Won't be going back. However, great range of colors!

Horrible experience with the salon couldn’t understand I wanted the base blue/grey and gave me a pink base without my permission wanted to get them redone and he couldn’t understand me. Then a week later my nail falls off!! Don’t go here.

This is a good nail shop with skilled nail technicians who do a good job. Only problem is that they don't always listen to their customers. The staff assume they know what's best and treat every customer as if all customers want the same thing. The customer is paying you, so don't tell the customer what to do, ask them and respect their wishes. If a customer says they do not wish to dry their nails under an LED or UV lamp, listen to what they say and offer them a different option, use a different base coat or top coat that allows the nails to dry naturally because that customer may have underlying health reasons as to why they've asked not to use the lamp.
