We had a lovely surprise with the size of this lodge. It’s clean white floorboards, modern decor, comfy sofas , well equipped kitchen with everything you need even had a dishwasher and a washing machine. Iron and Ironing board and hairdryers provided too. Hot tub was on and we enjoyed that every evening after a day of sightseeing in this lovely historical area.|The site itself is quiet and tucked away down a little lane , the staff in reception are very friendly and helpful. The other lodges are all fairly close by so although we had music whilst in the tub we kept it at a decent level so as not to disturb anyone. Recommend this to family and friends for a pleasant and relaxing chill out.

Probably a bit more like a mobile home than a delux lodge. Stayed at Woodlands Park, expected the lodge to be in woodlands but not really, the lodges are all in a smallish area. However, our two night stay midweek was lovely and quiet. The lodge was a little dated, not new, but immaculately clean. There were a few bits of damage here and there but nothing much. The beds were comfortable, clean and the bed linen was hotel quality. The hot tub was nice, seemed clean, could have been a degree or two hotter on a cold October evening, but not a problem. Booked through wowcher on a discount deal and it was worth the price we paid for all the facilities. However, if paying full price I think this would not represent good value for money. Check in was easy and fast and the ladies we met were very pleasant. We had to pay extra to take our dog which I wish places wouldn't do. The local dog walk was not really local and my partner had to walk his feet off. It was a short drive to Brede Woods where our spaniel was in heaven off the lead. Overall, we had a very nice time for the money we paid.

In love with this place!!

Home away from home, lucky to have a family member who lives here, its quiet, serene and intensely peaceful.

Lovely people, gorgeous, natural surroundings, Hastings is a wonderful place, booming with history, lovely little, quaint and quirky pubs and shops.

Love coming here, don't want to leave, its a it of a pig of drive to get to Hastings as there isn't really a main route and if there is an accident, you can be stuck in it for hours. So always travel prepared with plenty of drinks in the summer just incase.

Beautiful place to visit, staying at Juniper Park is a must.

Very nice relaxing weekend in a deluxe lodge at this small, quiet lodge park.||Staff were very friendly and helpful and check in only took moments.||The lodge was of a very good standard, with hot tub on the terrace, and nice and clean. The double mattress could have been newer as it was a bit lumpy but didn't affect our sleep. ||We enjoyed the lovely weather by visiting Hastings and St Leonards, and poking about the antique shops. Nice to return to our cosy lodge after walking all day!

This was our second experience with Dream Lodge. We had a long weekend last year at their Norfolk resort and loved it. ||We booked this one as it would allow our niece and her two little girls to join us for one night. ||We loved it! Our lodge, number 18, was the top of the range and very new but the winning element was its decking overlooked the duck pond. Our two little girls were out every minute looking at the ducks, talking to the ducks and counting them. Then two bunny rabbits arrived on the opposite side of the pond, so their whole stay was complete - and two very happy great aunties! ||The lodge was beautifully designed and well equipped. The top of the range oven proved difficult to operate but the site rep was there within 10 minutes and helped us out. Imagine our mortification when we had to call on him again as we had pressed the wrong button and couldn't change TV channels. Nothing was too much trouble. ||We had a lovely visit to Hastings old town and a walk along the seafront. My sister and I had a gorgeous lunch in the little town of Battle - so pretty, old, interesting and well worth a visit.||We enjoyed our stay. It is a lot of money. It is frustrating that the WiFi is so erratic. It would really benefit from some on-site facilities, such as a spa, a restaurant and a swimming pool. Nonetheless for a restful few days, it is lovely.

We stayed the firework weekend, I originally booked a signature lodge which was meant to be lodge 52 but after speaking with the customer service I asked for something over looking the fields of sheep. I wanted a like for like swap, which I was told 32 would be. On arrival it was quickly obvious that we had been given a very dated and basic lodge instead. The decor was old, there was rust and dirt marks over the whole lodge. We have had numerous problems with the hot tubs before so expected not to have problems this time, but the hot tub lights didn't work, so you had to sit in the dark. The heat setting was broken. It was just warm and couldn't be made hotter. We did call the site warden out but not a lot could be done. The lodge was based on a nice location over looking the sheep field but the lodge is terrible. Would defiantly not recommend 32! There is no lights outside near the tub, it was pitch black and then the hot tub lights wasn't working so you can image how dark it was. We was given only two towels, to share between showering and hot tubing - which is just ridiculous. There was only one bowl, the cutlery had marks over. The kettle was cheap and took ages to boil. In previous lodges we have had iPod docks but this was basic. The sofa was broken - the stand/wheels had come off one side. The telly remote didn't work all the time, which was told to us on arrival but when you pay that amount you expect these things to not be there. There is no wifi in the lodge. We have stayed previously in other lodges and this was by far the worse. Lodge 27 is decorated lovely instead but again there was problems with the hot tubs. Unfortunately the lodges are not deluxe - and it seems over the last few years they have gone completely down. I am appalled that the lodge we stayed in can be classed as a signature as it was basic!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Great spot if you want to visit the areas around here. Park is spotless same as the last time we visited. Last time we stayed in lodge 36. This time lodge 9. Really nice lodge and clean. There isn't anything onsite so you need to be a little prepared. There is a Sainsbury's down the road. One little thing that is missing is either a bar area or maybe a children's area. Nice idea I guess but hard to put in place. As for the staff. Once again very very helpful. I can't complain. Don't want to leave. We will be back.

Just spent 3 nights at the park. Had a few issues to start which were sorted patiently and efficiently by Marie. She is an excellent member of staff and made decisions meaning we had a lovely break. I even dropped my necklace through the decking and by the time we came back in the evening she had retrieved it. Brilliant! Site is quiet and accommodation clean. Rye and Battle both worth a visit.
