Took my mum for the Mothers Day Sunday lunch. We were made to feel extremely welcome with excellent service and superb food. The portions were generous and the quality was high. The date and walnut pudding deserves a special mention! All of the staff from reception to restaurant were extremely friendly, polite, professional and welcoming. Highly recommend

We stayed there for 3 nights & were left amazed by its heritage vibes.

We are a Karma Group member & are fortunate enough to have accessed this property.

Around 700 years old building with castle like architecture leaving behind heritage experience for anyone who looks at it.

It's a real heritage property not like others with artificial designing ..

Rooms are really spacious with all amenities & few rooms with fireplace also.. The pub here will give you a royal experience with old vibes....

In a nutshell a awesome experience.

Was a bit hesitant in the weeks up to my stay whilst looking through reviews however came to a very much pleasant surprise. Checked in to reception where we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who showed us to our lovely room over in the Tudor court. The room was gorgeous and well kept, serviced each day. We also dined in the restaurant both evenings of our stay and the food was absolutely delicious! Fun events in the hotel each night and we joined bingo one night in the bar which was great fun and had all guests enjoying. The hotel is in a fabulous location and we visited many of the local areas and were given recommendations by the team on where to visit there too which was helpful. If you are looking for a short break this hotel is perfect!! Great location, great staff and a beautiful 600 year old building. Thankyou to the team at Salford hall who made our stay so lovely - we definitely will be returning!!

The hotel building is a very impressive old listed building and the |staff are all extremely pleasant . And that's where it stops! The management of the hotel is sadly lacking. The first problem was booking superior double rooms and being given a standard double. We were with friends and the disparity on the size of rooms was evident. Theirs was really small. We were offered to change rooms but to be honest, we were only here for a few days and it wasn't worth it. |One night couldn't have a bloody Mary as they said they had no tomato juice!|Also wanted a sandwich about 7 30ish after having been out all day but were told can't have after 5 30, even though the kitchen was open for hot bar snacks! What sort of bad management is that? Ridiculous in a hotel!|The last straw was that on our last day, the bread had ran out as they were waiting on a delivery! Again more evidence of extremely poor management. Spoke to Cameron the Duty Manager who agreed and offered us breakfast on him. |Can't say I am impressed with the hotel . The staff tried everything they could to make our stay great and by and large, we had a lovely few days but these basic things marred the overall enjoyment .

Beautiful hotel very friendly and attentive. Good food in the restaurant. Lovely bedding and fluffy towels. Poor tea tray biscuits not replenished and it was lovely having a pod coffee machine but normal coffee and hot chocolate would be nice. Marks on wall could easily come off with a wipe. No dust very clean.

Exceptional staff and customer service! Nothing was too much of a bother! Cameron and his team, Maddie and Charlie were beyond helpful. Andy from Sales made it a birthday celebration to remember for us both and couldn’t have done more! The food was exceptional! We adored the Sunday roast and happy hour each day was a nice touch. We can’t wait to return as only 15/20 mins from Stratford which was just magical, historical, educational and nostalgic all at the same time! Thank you team you made my birthday celebrations one to remember.

First stay at Salford Hall, Cotswolds, UK - beautiful old buildings and our room was spacious with a four poster bed and great bathroom facilities. They had a quiz on one night in the friendly pub/bar and the happy hour with half price drinks was popular. The staff were excellent, the roast beef dinner we had one evening was excellent too. The bus between Evesham and Stratford upon Avon (Shakespeare’s birthplace) runs near Salford Hall although actual bus stop signs were non-existent - the bus did stop though and we had a nice day trip to Stratford. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Warm welcome on arrival. Log fire and gin cocktail and a hug from host Karma Lizzy.| Beautiful interconnecting bedrooms for our family of four. Lizzy ironed out the room allocation issue, and spoke to housekeeping re request for single duvets and extra pillows. She arranged our taxi to Cheltenham and made sure our sons bday dinner was celebrated with a cake and 10/10 food. Steak for the kids and the best curry ( out if I day) we’ve ever tasted.|The only downside was the inability to book the same rooms for next year. The only reason why we would try elsewhere in the future.
