I visited Kate for the first time, having been recommended by a friend. I had been struggling with a lot of tightness around the upper back and neck area. Most places are a generic and non personable therapy but Kate took on board the info I had given. I left feeling a lot more relaxed and with more mobility in my shoulders and neck. Will definitely be back again.

Having recently moved to Tunbridge Wells, I was thrilled to find such a professional, friendly beautician. I can recommend the Indian Head Massage, what a treat, leaving far more chilled than when I arrived. I’ve also had eyelash and eye brow tint as well as manicures, which have substantially improved the condition of my nails (which previously flaked and I had trouble growing them!). The relaxing treatment room, along with Kates holistic, personal approach, make the whole experience quite special.

Kate was very warm and welcoming and the treatment room smelled lovely. I had the Ritual and felt amazingly relaxed during and after. The scalp massage was wonderful! I would definitely recommend Kate.

Went to see Kate for the first time. She was very welcoming and had a nice treatment area. The music was nice and relaxing, and not the usual plinky, plonky eastern vibe music which I'm not a fan of. She explained what she was going to do beforehand and asked me if I wanted her to discuss what she was doing as she was doing it.
The facial and massage was really lovely, the products smelt amazing and she has such a great technique, it was one of my best massages and facials. I highly recommend Kate and will definitely be back for more!

This is a quick thank you to Kate for what was a really relaxing and restorative massage. I hadn't been to Kate before but I felt very safe which allowed me to really relax. The massage time went so quickly..

I could tell Kate was well practiced in massage and just seemed to sense where I was holding tension. She asked me questions at the beginning to understand what I needed so she could give me the best massage she could. It was lovely and I will be back! Thanks, Kate.
