We had a great time together with friends. It was a lovely time away from work and we appreciated how we had a warm ,accommodating and friendly Steve to help us with our stay. It has a great potential with ongoing refurbishment. The room was very clean and has a great view and hotel is in a great location too. We had a fun time together at the games /lounge area as we played pool .
I would suggest to change showerheads as I do not think it has a problem with water pressure.
Overall, we are grateful for the amazing service by Steve.

As the previous reviewer said its undergoing a refurbishment and has a quant feeling about it. Room was fab, gold all over which was quite striking if nothing else ?. Spotlessly clean room and lovely powerful hot shower. Comfortable bed too. Perfect for a bike tour stopping point and priced very keenly perhaps because of the refurbishment. Steve the owner very helpful and nice. Location is superb and view was lovely, planning my next route whilst watching the ships out at sea was great.

We stayed for just one night due to a problem with our other accommodation, and we were met by the friendliest host Steve. The hotel is in the middle of a refurb and I will definitely return to see the hardwork completed.
Our room was clean, comfortable and has a spectacular sea view, which the chaise in the bay window was perfect for enjoying! Dog friendly too which is fantastic! Good luck Steve, I’m sure you’ll be a fantastic success!

We had two nights and have for three nights next May. Yes it's in need of updating but that's all. Steve the owner is great ?

Lovely overnight stay in this beautiful building. Steve the owner was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble - cooked breakfast was delicious. Wish him well in his renovations - will be back to visit
