From arrival to departure, Andrew and Stephen were genuinely welcome and attentive to our every need. This included chilling our Champagne that we had brought with us without waiting to be asked. The Cley room was spotlessly clean, precisely as pictured and the king size bed was as soft as a cloud. The breakfast menu was extensive and served with calm efficiency that belied the effort that went into preparing it. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the residents’ lounge in the evening and admiring the extensive view over the Glaven Valley. Andrew and Stephen distill everything they know and love into what they do and we left with more memories of the place we stayed for 3 nights than the places we visited in 3 days.

Andrew and Stephen are wonderful hosts, with attention to detail their trademark. They have created a marvellous home, which is ideally situated for exploring all that North Norfolk has to offer. We stayed in the Cley Room which more than met our needs for comfort and cleanliness, some nice touches in there too, with quality toiletries. Spoilt for choice at breakfast, which is ordered the night before. Would we stay here again? You bet, wouldn't look elsewhere next time in the are.

A beautiful cottage with charming hosts. The rooms are luxuriously decorated and spotless. The bed was very comfy and we thought the copper bath tub was a fun touch! |We've never been offered such a wide range of choices for breakfast before. A lot of the food was homemade and locally sourced and it was all delicious. We also enjoyed the surroundings. It is in a very quiet area and we saw pheasants and hares in the field.|We definitely hope to come again.

We stayed for three nights in this wonderful house, with welcoming hosts who provided a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The choices for breakfast were amazing and everything prepared with perfection. The eggs from their own hens were delicious - so different from your average supermarket eggs.||You can read from the other reviews that this is a special place to stay if you are holidaying in North Norfolk. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay here as part of our baby moon. Stephen and Andrew were the friendliest hosts and the B&B is beautiful with immaculate rooms and scenic views. We were looked after so well and it’s the perfect base for exploring all the best places round the coast. We highly recommend you stay here!

We had a fantastic three night stayed at the Keepers Cottage in The Holt Suite.|*** Highly recommended***||The room was absolutely perfect. Luxurious copper bath, very comfortable bed and extremely clean...||Stephen and Andy’s attention to detail with the extra little things like fresh flowers in the room, list and map of local pubs and restaurants, luxury bubble bath, QR code to log into the Wi-Fi… (simple idea but so much easier than struggling with passwords), fresh milk in little bottles delivered to the rooms in the mornings that makes you feel pampered from the moment you arrive, I could go on but to need to visit them to experience more for yourselves.||The breakfast is total amazing and bespoke for your taste with a wide selection on offer. |I’m Gluten Free and nothing was to much trouble with a wide range of gluten free goodies to choose from. John had practically a three-course breakfast with the fresh fruits, mixture of cooked delights and pastries to follow each morning. |We both enjoyed trying the different dishes each morning, setting us up for out days out.|Stephen and Andy were great hosts and very knowledgeable of the area and little off the beaten track of things to visit.||We had the most relaxing few nights away; we actually couldn’t find any fault with our stay and are looking forward to return… |Defiantly a five star stay!||Thank you Both for our relaxing, quiet and very (high class) homely visit... |You both made it so welcoming, It felt like visiting friends...|Tracy & John

We love this place and are so pleased that we have found it as it will now be our first choice when visiting North Norfolk. Located just outside Holt and very close to amenities but in a very tranquil and beautiful spot with idyllic views. The service was excellent and very very welcoming - like home from home. Breakfast is outstanding and the rooms are very clean and offer a country style luxury. We are very picky guests with high standards but we could not find fault at all. A well deserved five stars all round. Cannot wait to book again.
