Great stop off whilst a walk in the park.

We have ate here stopped for coffee or just for a take away bottle of drink.

The kids love the ice cream and I love the hot chocolate.

Burger and chips is a big favourite for the kids here.

Stopped here while cycling for a scoop of ice cream. Pleasant location within Kelsey Park grounds, adjacent to a playground and popular with families. Huge amount of outdoor picnic table seating.

Good-sized cafe in the Kelsey Park- with loads of food options, ice-creams. It is right next to the huge play area for kids- and aso have multiple outdoor benches.
Sadly, the washrooms weren’t well-maintained.
The staff were busy but cheerful .

CARING CAFE ..!!

Just wanted to express our love and appreciation to the caring cafe @ Kelsey Park.

I visited the cafe twice over the weekend and I must say I am OUTSTANDED any the food and service.

The menu is extensive and there is something on there for everyone. From no added sugar lollies to whippet ice cream oysters to burgers and chips or maybe a coffee

We had the whippet ice cream and soft scoop ice cream both were delicious.

The staff were friendly and professional and went to extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

I loved the uniforms too very smart.

The location is perfect just next to the children’s playground.

The price point was competitive.

We can’t wait to go back ..!!

100% recommended.

I'm putting 5 stars because Kelsey Park is a decent park - if you have young kids and live locally, you should go. But the reason I've left this review is because of the cafe's chicken wings. I don't know whether they're actually really good, or whether it's just because I didn't expect them to be good at all, but the chicken wings are really good

Good food and generous portions. The halloumi burger has loads of halloumi in it and the jacket potatoes are overflowing with toppings.

They are often very busy on weekends and bank holidays but still the service is quick even then. The staff are really nice and helpful.

They've got lots to choose from- but I'd like to see more vegan options. Great for a meal, hot or cold drinks or a wide selection of ice creams.

When my usual fears of very extensive menus not being able to deliver were allayed by two locals, “it all tastes lovely.”
I eventually landed on the “ Buttermilk Southern Fried Chicken Burger” which I had with spicy Korean mayo.

Very good food. Sausage sandwiches were lovely and the Vegetable Panini was huge and with chips it was a full meal. Coffee and teas very good. We meet friends here every few months.
