Welcoming reception staff made us feel special and important. The staff in General were all excellent. Nothing to much trouble. All friendly and great at their jobs. They seemed happy to help and seemed to enjoy their work.
Our Room was Spacious, well equipped and immaculate.
Food was lovely in Restaurant at dinner, the Buffet Breakfast was Outstanding.
The Spa is lovely although a Tad busy, bordering on overcrowded, although it was a Saturday and obviously a busy time.
We will be returning soon!

From check in to check out and everything and everyone in-between was excellent. Fantastic room with a sofa to sut comfortably was an added bonus. Food, drink and service all of the highest quality, with nothing been do much trouble. The couple of queries l had were dealt with and answered immediately. The whole hotel is spotless and very peaceful you would never guess that you are in an industrial estate. This is the ideal place for your big celebrations.

We had a lovely stay and were so very impressed from the moment we arrived by the very high levels of service and the friendliness of the staff. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food was a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling for business or leisure.

Booked an offer which was dinner, breakfast, overnight stay with spa included.|The room was beautiful, clean, large comfy bed, beautiful sofa with table on a raised platform. Such a stunning room with nice decor & large bathroom with walk in shower. Lovely toiletries included. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge cold selection, juices etc and hot menu, the full northern breakfast was delicious. Spa lovely, robe & slippers included. Dinner was the only fault. I had the salmon which was served with 1 small new potatoe! I stem of Broccoli. For £21 I found it insufficient. Why not put more potatoes on the plate? Would feed a small child. However apart from dinner everything was lovely, staff fantastic, beautiful xmas decorations.

From start to finish, our stay here was excellent. The welcome at reception was warm, friendly and helpful and that set the tone for our whole stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable with lovely touches, a teapot and china cups, proper reading lights over the bed. Providing water and fresh milk on tap is such a great idea and something I haven't seen before.|It felt like the whole experience had been considered. |I had a fabulous massage and enjoyed using the spa facilities.|Dinner was delicious and at breakfast there were lots of options and freshly cooked hot food.|I really couldn't find fault with our stay. The staff really made the difference and I would happily stay there again.

Rooms are large (we stayed in a basic room) but a little tired. Reception and pool area are nice and clean. Staff were friendly and customer focused.
The White Company toiletries were a nice touch in the bathroom, although I would have appreciated a body/hand lotion too.
EV charging is via Eon (you need a contract in place to use the charging station).

Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff from front desk to breakfast staff. Clean spacious tidy rooms with sofas and work desks, little fridge and fresh milk provided, although on the ground floor mine was a little tired and cool on the heating side. Spa facilities are great with a nice pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Bar as would be expected but evening meals are over priced and lacking lustre and appeal for the ££.

My daughter sent us to KPH for our Christmas present, we stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Everything was outstanding, when we arrived there was a beautiful poinsettia, card and chocolates waiting for us in our room.|Room was spacious with a very comfy bed. Plenty of tea and coffee, with a coffee machine instead of instant, fresh milk and water could be found at the end of the corridor. |Food was outstanding! If any criticism just too much.|Breakfast, brilliant choice all cooked to order, tasted fab.|Staff were attentive and helpful.|All in all a truly wonderful 2 days, thank you KPHfor amazing stay!
