Went with a couple of old school friends after the Summer Fest. Food was absolutely spot on. Just a shame that so few people were supporting this excellent eatery on a Saturday night. We were told it's a marmite place before we went. But those who were there enjoyed the banter. Ignore the bad reviews - it seems that folk nowadays are sometimes a bit too quick to judge, or too easily offended. If you want a decent curry then eat out at this place. Just smile and it's fun!

We went in for dinner last night (Sunday), we had some friends over, returning from London and hadn’t booked.

Couldn’t have been a better welcome, by a nicer chap, yes he is dry, yes he has a laugh, and yes it can be at your expense, but more often at his own. He has a character, so often missing in our modern world.

Our party of 4, an Englishman, 2 Bahamians and a Maltese, loved, loved and loved it aome more, the atmosphere, the food and the service.

Thanks so much for a great last night of a get together - you are very much appreciated.

Fantastic food and great service from the owner who has a brilliant dry sense of humour that had us entertained all evening. Clearly some leaving bad reviews on here need to lighten up. We are going back here on Saturday night and can't wait ?

Manager was a rude aggressive that. Lucky to still be wakling around all we asked was for a table by the window as my guest is vision impaired and wouldn't be able to read the menu. And he reacted with agression

Vile, rude, toxic owner who also unfortunately runs front of house. We made a booking for 8, arrived and were instantly made uncomfortable that we had children in our party. No question about children was raised on the call to book. He seated us but kept tutting and bringing up the fact we had children with us. He decided to have a go at my wife who was visibly uncomfortable and upset, he was aggressive and she ended up leaving with our children. The whole group had to leave, we had to demand our deposit back. It's probably the rudest experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

The man is a complete tool and deserves to be boycotted, this business needs to shut down so someone who likes people can open up instead.
