We were two couples enjoying New Years eve 7 course dinner. The food was fabulous. One of our party was intolerant to certain foods but we had given the hotel all necessary information and the Chef produced a terrific menu for our friend. She said it was some of the best food someone had prepared just for her. We all enjoyed the NY Eve menu. The staff were fantastic and attentive. There was a duo who entertained us followed by a very good disco.|The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The full English was very good. The grounds are beautiful.|The bedrooms are large and extremely comfortable and each one is decorated differently|and most have beautiful views of the surrounding countryside or grounds.|We enjoyed it so much we have reserved again for next year.

We stayed at Kilworth House Hotel while attending a funeral of a friend. Our stay was outstanding and just what we needed at such a sad time. It was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and very comfortable and it was so lovely to come back to a clean and tidy room every time. It was great to be able to relax in one of the lounges. We will definately come back

Since starting our visits here in 2010 and experiencing the best meal we've ever had there, it hasn't fared so well, until this stay. They now have a new chef, who is definitely a keeper! The food at dinner was exceptional. He obviously cares about the food he prepares and presents and seems very passionate about it. We can't praise him highly enough. So pleased they've finally found someone who delivers as well as the first one we had.|Unfortunately, the same can't be said for breakfast. We ordered two vegetarian breakfasts which arrived with a sausage and two thin bacon strips. These were not mentioned on the menu. We had to ask if they were Quorn, as my wife is allergic to Quorn. It turned out that they were, so they had to remove hers and make a new one without them on. What a waste. If the menu had listed them, she would have told them not to put them on her plate and so would I. It could have been nasty had she eaten them.|We also had afternoon tea the day before, but waited an hour after being seated before it was delivered.... apparently the order had been missed... not a good advert for their services!|Apart from that, the visit was enjoyable and we're very impressed with the new chef. They will be hard pressed to find another as good. We can highly recommend him.

My husband & I have just had a lovely 3 night Christmas Package break at Kilworth House. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival & from there it just got better.
We have stayed once before overnight after a show, but have to say this 3 night Christmas break surpassed our expectations.

Every member of staff ensured everyone was well looked after.
The presentation and taste of the food was so good on each day, credit to the hard working chefs, you are amazing. The 7 course Christmas Day lunch beat us!! - but it was delicious. The service in the restaurant (Orangery) was excellent & requests were dealt with straight away.

A big thank you to everyone involved who made us feel special. We can't wait to return for Christmas 2025 & hope to meet up again with some of the nice people we met, who also stayed for this Christmas break, many said they will return next year.

This is the most beautiful hotel to visit in the heart of the most outstanding countryside where a warm welcome awaits you. Excellent food, wonderful accommodation with outstanding service from both management and staff. Whether it's a short stay, dinner, lunch, or a special afternoon tea or a theatre experience or special occasion or wedding, this hotel certainly has everything you could possibly desire.

My daughters treated me to "The Rat Pack" stage show in the Orangery at Kilworth on the weekend before Christmas. The meal before the show was excellent; some of nicest beef that I have tasted! The show was brilliant; three imitators of the original could not be faulted.|We stayed over night and my room was superb. Clean, warm, comfortable and spacious. Probably one of the best hotels that I have stayed at and I have stayed at many all over the world. |Sunday morning breakfast was just fine; American pancakes, blue berries and maple syrup; what more could you wish for. |We are hoping to repeat the experience next Christmas.

Our Christmas break at Kilworth House Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was out of this world. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Overall it was a very relaxing Christmas break, just what we needed.

Kilworth staff second to none. Always make our stay so special. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Food is wonderful. Lovely atmosphere. We have a choice of places to visit, but hard pushed to find better at Kilworth House. Thank you all and see you soon.
