We have just had a lovely week in the annexe with two friends. We were greeted by Mr. Baker who showed us around and gave us lots of useful information. The annexe was very well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. Lovely welcome pack much needed after a long journey. Luxury toiletries in both bathrooms even down to cottonpads & buds for removing makeup. The beds were very comfortable and the annexe was very warm. The lovely electric flame fire in the lounge made it very cosy. Unfortunately for us the weather was atrocious, with gales and lots of rain, so we did not see a lot of the area, but with such a comfortable annexe we had a very relaxing holiday. Mr & Mrs Baker were helpful, informative but not intrusive, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We have stayed in this B&B for many years running with my elderly parents & will continue to do so. The rooms are extremely comfortable with wonderful views. There is use of a small fridge stocked with fresh milk & bottled water. The bathroom is fresh & clean, stocked with lovely toiletries. Mr & Mrs Baker are extremely attentative (not intrusive) with nothing too much trouble i.e. will book restaurants, impart knowledge re the area/offer suggestions for trips out etc. As for the breakfasts, they are superb! We would highly recommend this B&B. It is the best in this area & the best B&B we have stayed in for such a reasonable price. Can't wait to return! Mr & Mrs Wilkins

A very pleasant one night stay in a large and comfortable room with great views. We were really well looked after by our friendly hosts - home-made cake on arrival which is always welcome after a long walk. There was also real coffee in the room. A very good breakfast including fresh fruit. It was a short and pleasant walk up to Ringmore village and the B&B from the Coastal Path. The house and its gardens had been lovingly developed and maintained.

This B&B /self catering annexe is a really lovely place to stay - Richard and Sue make you feel very welcome, have an excellent knowledge of the area, and have made the accommodation very comfortable and quite luxurious. |We had booked some time ago but were unexpectedly going to be joined by some friends who rang up to see if they could come too. As we had 2 dogs between us, they put us in the self catering annexe which was absolutely ideal. |There is everything you need from a jug of fresh milk, tea and even Rombouts coffee and home made shortcake - delicious.|The beds are very comfortable and lovely toiletries are provided.|To set you up for the day, Richard and Sue cook a superb breakfast - with a magnificent choice, of course the usual cooked breakfast but also fresh fruits, yoghurt, pastries.....|Of course the weather can make or break a holiday when you are walking the coast path and we were very lucky but it also gave us a chance to sit and enjoy a lovely view from the garden of Burgh Island.|We had a very relaxing time and although not the cheapest place to stay, it was very good value for money because everything is so beautifully appointed and every care is given to your needs. |Thank you for a lovely time|

Having been a regular in this village for more than 26 years we couldn't recommend this B&B more highly. Wonderful host's who have thought of everything. Beautiful view of Ayrmer cove and Burgh Island from the double room. Breakfast options cover all tastes and perfectly presented. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom and we loved the bedroom fridge... makes life so much easier! Thank-you xx

I spent 2 wonderful days at this charming cottage just 10 minutes walk from the beach.||I was met by the owners who did everything they could to make my stay pleasant, restful and enjoyable in every way. I could sit in a comfortable chair in my room reading and looking at the sea together with a freshly made cup of tea with biscuits. I had my evening meal in the village pub and the following morning a breakfast to die for, beautifully served in a spacious dining room. I recommend this gem to anyone and I have booked already to repeat the experience.

From making the booking and throughout our stay Sue and Richard were friendly attentive and welcoming. ||The house itself was very comfortable and also our room too. We felt relaxed and at home.||Richard and Sue respected our privacy but we're there of we needed them. ||Breakfast was beautifully presented and tasted fabulous. ||We will be returning as we know we will have a great time.

We stayed at Kimberley for 2 nights and cannot rate it highly enough. The location is perfect with glorious views all around. The hosts Richard and Jane were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was large and comfortable and the bathroom and toiletries supplied first class. The breakfast had so much choice and perfectly cooked. We will definitely recommend Kimberley to our friends
