Stayed overnight as was attending a function in Tenterden. Hotel feels very new and not much atmosphere but very practical and clean. My room was just next to reception area which might have been noisy but it wasn't and location actually very convenient as easily accessible from entrance. Room was a good size, comfortable and immaculately clean. Shower good and plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed, good TV, kettle and towels provided. Check in and out very quick and efficient. Would put it on a par with Travel lodge.

The hotel is really clean which is a must for me, the bed however is rather on the small side in room 21 and the shower was rather difficult to use. However that being said it was a pleasant stay. Heating was really good in the rooms as well . Would stay again.

An overnight stay with family at this newly built hotel was excellent.|Very nice rooms, well equipped and very comfortable.|Lovely shower and bathroom facilities, and nice and warm. (We stayed during a very windy, wet and cold storm)|The staff were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.|Quite reasonably priced too.|We passed on breakfast in favour of a nearby greasy spoon, but overall a good night’s stay, we will certainly stay here again.|Thanks to all involved!

We appreciated the 2pm check in and arrived shortly after. We were welcomed by the hostess who explained about dinner (promoting restaurant next door) and about breakfast. The accommodation reminded us of one we may have seen from the ‘Four in the Bed’ tv show. Some rooms are located near main desk so heard a few noises from people walking but not a great deal. Once in the room, it is small, not much wiggle room. I was pleasantly surprised on the décor for the price you pay. Beautifully decorated. There were standard sizes towels (one did have a stain on it) but nice room. Bathroom was nice. The description says it provides toiletries, I’d bring your own as it’s a tube of body wash. We had 2 tubes, that had been opened and used by prior guests I’m assuming. The toilet did have a brown mark in the bowl but this went away with a flush. The shower could do with grouting , where some of the mould is. The bathroom is on small size. But for £100, this is what you get. |The restaurant smelt lovely and was very busy popular so booking ahead is advised.

Stayed last Saturday night as we were booked for dinner on the Pullman Steam train at Tenterden station. Location wise, this hotel was literally a 5 min drive from Tenterden town centre. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who explained everything. She was very nice and welcoming. This hotel has been built at the side of an established Indian restaurant and is over 2 floors. We had asked for our rooms to be away from the restaurant which was accommodated without any hassle and we did not notice any strong smells coming from the restaurant. We had 2 rooms booked in all and both rooms and bathrooms were very modern and immaculately clean. The rooms had
facilities to make tea/coffee and the only thing we noticed or couldn't find was that there was no hairdryer. All in all we enjoyed our stay and if you're ever in need of a hotel in this area then this one is well worth booking.

Looking for an hotel close to Benenden hospital, came across this on a search of the area. We were amazed at this hotel from original visit to book to staying last night. We booked a fully inclusive double room with dinner and breakfast included. Nothing was too much trouble from assigning a ground floor room to a slightly earlier breakfast time. One point which stood out for us was the cleanliness of everywhere, marble floors and walls shone. All hotel linen was first rate. Dinner last night was perfect, amazing flavours and perfect balance of spices. Breakfast this morning was very good, great coffee and a cooked meal with toast. The staff went out of their way to provide terrific service. The owner should be proud of them, first class. We hope to return especially for a tribute night.

Great location for a family visit.

Room was great, bed was comfy, the only thing it needed was an extra pillow.

We had an outside room, the road noise is a little off putting, but they can't do anything about that. Ear plugs certainly helped 👌

Close to Benenden hospital and the town of Tenderden.||Clean and nicely presented rooms. Staff were friendly at check in. Just off the mainroad with easy on site parking. ||Very good value for money. Did not eat there but there is an Indian restaurant on site.
