I recently visited this massage studio and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. My therapist, Nina, was exceptional. She took the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension, and her technique was both skilled and intuitive. By the end of the session, I felt completely rejuvenated and at peace. It was clear that Nina is passionate about their work and genuinely cares about their clients' well-being! Thank you!!

My sister and I had pregnancy massage at the same time. The staff were amazing, welcoming, attentive and helped us in a safe position. It was so relaxing, we didn't want to leave. Had an amazing time and would definitely go back.

I've been coming here for a while and usually have a good experience, but the last few visits haven't been up to the usual standard. My most recent massage was really disappointing. Despite paying for a deep tissue massage, the therapist's pressure was too light, even after I asked for more firmness. She said she'd try, but nothing really changed.
On top of that, my 60-minute massage was actually only 54 minutes (I always put on a timer). When I asked if we could focus on some pressure points, the therapist just said we were out of time. The oil they used wasn’t as warm as it usually is, either.
The worst part is that I've had back pain ever since the massage. Normally, deep tissue massages are amazing and help ease my discomfort, but this time the pain has been more intense and hasn’t gone away. I didn't have this pain before the massage.
When I mentioned all of this to the therapist and the management, they just told me I should have requested a stronger therapist when I book. That was pretty disappointing, especially since the price recently went up from £55 to £60 an hour. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if the service is worth the money anymore.

Nina was honestly the best. I feel so much more lighter calmer and relaxed.. she recommended a bath after the massage so after today I will be doing that. 10/10 from me a very happy customer. Will recommend my family and friends and for sure will visit again! 🙂 xxxxx

A lady that took me to my room didn't know what massage I was going for and assumed I was doing a full body and instructed me get undress and wait for my masseuse, i had to clarify as I was only booking in for a leg massage. I wasn't keen that there was no cover on the window of the door. Those would only be the downside of my experience but overall it was a lovely massage!

My masseuse was able to identifying aches at the sole of my feet to other part of my body which was fascinating!
Felt light and relaxed afterwards! My masseuse was attentive, ensuring I wasn't in too much pain.

Samui was so skilled and a great masseuse! It felt like she had more than two hands at certain points. She really helped with the soreness I had, throughout my body, from intense manual labour. She made me feel at ease, a comfortable silence but also had a great conversation with me towards the end. The room temperature was great, the oils smelt really nice and overall I felt relaxed and content. I had the Thai relief and relax massage, which is much softer than deep tissue, but still enough to work out any tension. I recommend!

Amazing - my body feels completely reset as the deep tissue massage was very intense and really loosened up my muscles. I especially liked the different stretching positions at the end as there was enough time to massage everywhere thoroughly and get a few deep stretches plus a lovely head and scalp massage!

I originally thought I booked the one in Knowle near to where I live as I've used it before. Turned out I had mistakenly rang the Birmingham branch.
Anyway, they were great at both ends to accommodate me after a detour.
My masseuse was Jasmine and she was great. Really attentive, great technique and very experienced.
Did a great job.
I had booked a deep tissue massage and there was some stretching and reflexology in there too.

So good that, I decided to book further visits back there with her.
Glad I had a mix up!
