Have just returned from a 2 night stay here and must say what a great stay we had. Were able to check in early as room was ready and a big bonus was off street parking. The hotel felt very warm and welcoming , lovely breakfast and also a brilliant snack table that you could help yourself to!! The hotel is in a great location for both town and beach and we will definitely return!! A big thank you to Andrea who made us feel so welcome ( it was lovely talking about Yarmouth past and present !! ) also heather and not forgetting mum !! We had a lovely time.

This was our second visit and stay at Kings Lodge. Andrea is so friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble for her to make sure you enjoy your stay . The rooms are comfortable, clean and well provided with ample refreshments. The whole premises has such a quirky and cosy and safe feel to it. The breakfasts are excellent and again, personal requests are no trouble at all. The location is excellent for walking into the area for all amenities. Parking is great too. Definitely recommended.

Well what a lovely stay we had at Kings lodge hotel the landlady was extremely helpful showed us to our room which supplied the towels, tea, coffee free wifi was lovely and cosy overlooking the gardens and the room was really clean. We was quite surprised to be told that all snacks and bottled water was free, a great choice of breakfast . Thankyou for making us so very welcome 🙂🤩

I visited Great Yarmouth for a cheeky one night stay with my 9 year old son. Andrea was so very welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had a huge case as had just come from a Monday to Friday stay at Haven Hopton. Andrea was more than happy to assist me up both flights of stairs carrying it without me asking |We were offered many different goodies free to us on arrival and for our stay|There were bottles of water, ice creams, choices of sweets, crisps, chocolate bars along with tea and coffee and sugar and milk|Breakfast was lovely I had a full English breakfast and my son had the same after some cereal. Orange juice and tea was waiting for me in the morning at the breakfast table |Our room was very nice and fresh and comfortable |Andrea was a lovely kind lady who made me and my son feel at home|Thank you for looking after us, we would love to visit Great Yarmouth again and will be sure to book back at the King's Lodge hotel

Absolutely amazing!||We visited Norfolk for the first time and stayed at the Kings Lodge. A lovely, clean and welcoming place to stay. ||Andrea and her team were absolutely amazing and everything you could need had already been thought of. We were made to feel incredibly welcome from the second we knocked on the door to the moment we left. ||Andrea always had time to chat, and nothing was too much trouble. The extra touches made our stay so lovely. The place was absolutely spotless and incredibly clean. Breakfast was lovely and the communal areas were a lovely touch. ||We can’t stay enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here, and we will definitely be back soon. ||Thank you so much to all the team at the Kings Lodge for making our first trip to Norfolk such a lovely one!

We’ve just arrived home from staying in this hotel for a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff made us feel very welcome and could not have been more helpful or friendly. They even surprised us with balloons, a card and a bottle of bubbly on the day of our anniversary which we thought was a very nice touch.

The hotel is ideally located very close to Britannia Pier and the town centre with off-road parking outside the front.

We were given a choice of food for breakfast each day so could have more or less whatever we decided. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious.

There were plenty of complimentary items in reception including sweets, biscuits, tea, coffee and chocolate supplies alongside a guest fridge, ice box and fridge for cold water. There was also a small freezer with ice-creams!

We would definitely recommend this delightful hotel.

Right from the moment we walked in, we had the warmest of welcomes. The room we stayed in was spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent too. Andrea and the staff made our stay perfect and I had the best nights of sleep for ages! Thank you so much.

Everything about the kings lodge is brilliant. staff are lovely the breakfast is out of this world and the accommodation is great comfortable beds are lush. And the owner andrea always greets us with a smile when we arrive and in the morning for breakfast.
Been coming here for years and many more to come
