I would say perfect, a real home away from home. I was here on business during The week days, for 5 weeks, and I wish I could pick up this B&B and take it to every long stay I have to do. Terry is the nicest man and so helpful. The rooms are great sized and you can’t fault the facilities. The breakfast is help your self and plenty of choices, amazing!
You have plenty of space to have your privacy and also areas where if you want to interact with all (as I experienced) very friendly other patrons, you can.
My wife and child came to see me one day to look at houses for our relocation to the area, my boy was sick and the weather was depleting, as they had to go back to my house in London, so I asked if they could stay in the B&B (considering I was paying for a single occupancy) Terry didn’t even hesitate to accommodate us. Very rare to have someone who is willing to genuinely help, very humbling.
There is also a very lovely pub 100 meters away (The Cricketers) amazing food and great atmosphere. The village has a little shop and post office for essentials. And you have the all the other supermarkets and shopping centres just round the corner.

We stayed in the self-contained studio at Kingsley B&B for almost 6 months. The owner (Terry) was extremely helpful and made sure we always had everything we needed throughout our stay.

The B&B is quiet, extremely clean with plenty of parking available on site with access to a laundry room.

Located within a quiet residential area with pub, shop and post office within a short walk. Beautiful landscape, forests and lake surrounds the property and is perfect for walking and cycling.

We highly recommend Kingsley B&B if you are looking for a comfortable short or long term stay.

Both Terry and Vikki are very nice people that are only to happy to help to make your stay as happy as possible. The parking outside is very good. I stayed in an on-suite room and was very happy with the space and facilities in the room TV, kettle always tea and coffee and good WIFI. Double bed is very comfortable and always got a good night sleep. Shower facility in the room was good and always plenty of hot water available. There is a main bathroom with a bath should you like one and again always clean and tidy. You have the available facilities of a fridge freezer, microwave and washing and drying machine that are always kept clean and in good working order an iron and board are also there to use. Breakfast is very good and you have lots of fruit available, I only had cereal for breakfast and their was always a wide variety. I could not have found anywhere better to have stayed as have tried other places around and did not feel as welcome as both Terry and Vikki have made me feel. In short I think if you are looking for either a short or long stay this place is outstanding.

I stayed at this B&B for 11 weeks while I worked nearby. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds in a large, clean house. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, there is ample parking, a large bathroom for the non-ensuite rooms and an area available for food preparation. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant. The B&B was perfect for my requirements and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone needing short or long term accommodation.

I have just started week 2 of a 3 week week stay at this B&B whilst I am in the area for work. The property is set up as a professional B&B. Terry the owner kept in touch prior to my arrival to make sure everything was ok and I knew where to find the property and get in. When I arrived I found a very clean house with 5 individual rooms, some ensuite some sharing a very large bathroom. A large kitchen/ diner was downstairs. There were Tv's in each room and also in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and there is also a large fridge available to store food. In the rooms there was a large bottle of water, plenty of towls, tea and coffee making facilities and lots of storage for clothes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property although speeds in this rural location are slow at around 3mbps. Enough for email , browsing and basic streaming. There is also plenty of parking at the property. Washing machine is also available with a drying room.

Breakfast is a range of cereals , bread, eggs , orsnge juice tea and coffee and fruit.

Terry checks in throughout your stay to make sure that you are comfortable and have everything you need.

This is not a romantic get away B&B or really for families with small children ( unless you rented the whole house) but it is perfect if you need 1 or more night in the area for work. Terry seems to have a lot of regulars who spend several nights a week at the property and keep coming back. It's excellent value but at the same time a comfortable home from home.

My fiancée and I stayed at the Kingsley B&B when we attended a wedding reception at nearby Groomes.

On arrival Terrence was very friendly and welcoming, he showed us where everything was in the kitchen and showed us to our room.

The room itself was great, it had an en-suite and was very clean and tidy.

If we ever have a reason to stay in the area again we would definitely return to the Kingsley B&B.

Great place. Clean and tidy. The owner allows you to look after yourself. Breakfast when you want it and a good variety of cereals. Help yourself to quantity. Very quiet village.
