Room was cosy and central and I was invited to tea and homemade scones after checking in, where Susan gave me all the details on my next few days walking the WHW, including tips and tricks that were super helpful.

Breakfast was very nice and I got to meet some of the other guests, as well as learning the history of the building from Frances. It is clear that there is love here and it shines through to the guests.

Thank you both for your hospitality and care. It gave me a good start to my journey!

Nothing fancy but a really nice b&b. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom quite big. It is located perfectly, just a couple of meters to the store and the restaurants.
Frances (the host) was incredibly helpful really nice. We had a wonderful stay.

Frances, the host, is incredibly kind and the rooms were excellent, and exactly what we were looking for! We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Frances and the other guests that’s were there with us. Frances creates such a supportive and welcoming environment and we would recommend 100%

This was our first stop on the West Highland Way. Frances and her staff couldn't be more helpful. Tea and scone on arrival was a really nice touch. The breakfast was great too. Bedding provided for comfortable bunk beds.

First stop on WHW. Last few miles, I was thinking about Frances’ homemade scones served on arrival they did not disappoint! Rooms are great and you’ll meet some of the walkers you’ll likely see rest of the way. Get in while you can.

Frances and Susan are lovely folks. I love how they provided scones and tea upon arrival. Great way to mingle with other people. Breakfast was lovely too.

Room was comfy and definitely worth the money!

We stayed in the Kip in the Kirk after hiking the first leg of the West Highland Way. Francis greeted us with tea and homemade scones - the best scones of the trip. The rooms were comfortable and the common space was great for all of us to recount the first day.

I’ve stayed in hundreds of bnbs and this was my best experience. Exceeded expectations in every way. Super friendly and accommodating owners who clearly have a passion for what they do. Scone and homemade jam on arrival. Extremely comfortable bunk and spacious room. Grassy outdoor area that gets sun to late in summer. Breakfast served in a table in the room. Super clean bathrooms and showers. Steps away from the pubs. Would stay again!
